The workers are kind. But they change prices as they won't to. We all are trying to make it out here and when they don't let you know that they dropped prices it sucks. But I think they should always tell you the price before unloading your scrap to see if it is worth letting go or save it until price go back up.
Got guoted 10:00 per hundred, and after I crossed the scales and disconnected from my he car I hauled and recrossed the scales on the way out I was informed that the rate per 100 was 7:00 per hundred
**SCAM ALERT*** DO NOT USE!!!! I pulled up on the scale and nobody was around, so I took a picture of the scale. Weighed in at 2,920. Pulled around and finally found someone and she told me to pull back onto the scales. So I did. She made sure I stopped in a precise spot. Not before, not after. At that point, I Weighed in at 2890. I asked why I was weighing less to which she responded "let me go get the boss". Well, while she was walking up the hill a little i rolled forward a little bit and the scale jumped up to 2910. Rolled a little more, 2950. The owner finally showed up and i mentioned it and he immediately demanded that I leave. And had nothing to say about the fluctuations of the scale and the low weight stopping point that they are trying to get you to stop on.
