I spoke with a lady first and she seemed like she didn't have time to talk. Then I got a call back from a man and he acted the same way and quoted a minimum price and said it may be more depending on IF they could load a camper I was trying to get towed. Maybe they just were extremely busy that day, but I don't think I will call them again based on Two different people with the same attitude.
The fuel pump control module went down on my baby and reed's come and got me and my truck and hauled it to rusty Wallace Chevrolet in Clinton Tennessee and they took good care of my baby i always use reed's when I can
We are canadians travelling to Florida and Bernard towed us twice to repair places..what a gentleman and hevsure knows what he doing. Our truck and trailer was handled with ygentle hands. Thanks a whole lot Bernard.

Excellent!! I have known these people for all my life. I can remember the man who started this service well. And Daniel Cromwell, the man who came out Monday morning to take my car to the repair shop, was kind and efficient. Yes, if you need a towing service I would greatly recommend REEDS WRECKER SERVICE. For price and professionalism, they exceed the requirements.
Had a truck and loaded trailer that needed towed to Knoxville on a Sunday night. Reed's had the tow completed within two hours of calling them for an incredibly reasonable price. Wouldn't hesitate to use them again and recommend them.
I very rarely leave reviews for businesses unless they are either absolutely terrible or absolutely amazing. I have had to use Reed's towing twice this year. Once was bc my car broke down and this morning bc i hit a deer otw to work at 4:30 this morning and my car was down an embankment. Both times they have been super quick, very professional didn't break my pocket.

Reeds had to come all the way to Station Camp. The driver had to back down in reverse for at least half a mile for the spot I was in. I was truly impressed. Great job.

Bought a car in Tennessee and ended up needing it towed back to Louisville, KY. I was stick on the side of the road for hours and they were the only people willing to help me in my time of need. I would give them more stars if I could. They were friendly, helpful, and our tow guy was eager to help anyway he could.
Had to use roadside service with Geico at 7:30am. They assign me this company and said ETA 9:00am. At 9:15am I call Geico because they have not arrived. This company says they cannot reach thier driver so Geico has to reassign another company. NOW MY ETA IS 11:00AM. If your company can't deliver then you should NOT be a part of the program!!! I have 2 children that I am trying to get to school. What a huge waste of time and an inconvenience.
