Needed a tow from Murfreesboro to Woodbury. Alex B. Hooked me up and got me set up right. Great service, clean truck, excellent music taste.

E.A Towing was so fast and so on point with getting my car and bring it home from Murfreesboro all the way to Manchester and for way better the price than most places we called prior. I was dreading it thinking I would wait forever but I barely had time to get to an atm which they also take cards if you don’t want to leave your vehicle or can’t leave thank you so much for helping us so quickly and we’re so kind

Alex B was very kind and prompt! We got service with them through AAA and will be using them if we ever need a tow again. He showed up in the timeframe he gave, the tow truck was very nice and clean and overall a good experience.

After hitting a pothole on I-24, E. A. Towing came to my rescue. With it being rush hour traffic, Alex B. was there within 30 minutes. Alex was so courteous and told me To stay in the car while he changed my tire. The entire process only took him 15 minutes. He made sure my safety was his priority and he was so professional. You can not go wrong with their service.

Alex arrived and tire was changed within 10 minutes. He was very friendly. Great service.

EA Towing LLC in Tennessee went far beyond what I ever expected from a towing company. They came to get me at midnight, towed my truck, and then drove me all the way home to Manchester, which is 51 miles from where I was stranded. That alone deserves recognition. What made this experience unforgettable, though, was the driver, Lazaro. The conversation we had during that drive is one I will remember for the rest of my life. It was genuine, thoughtful, and humbling in a way that caught me off guard. We talked the entire drive. There was not a silent moment in those 51 miles. It was one of those rare conversations that reminds you why human connection still matters, especially when you are having a rough night and least expect it. I am deeply thankful for the service EA Towing provided, but even more thankful for the reminder that there are still kind, grounded, good people out there doing their jobs with heart. Lazaro is one of them. I will never forget that night or that conversation. Highly recommend EA Towing LLC, not just for their reliability, but for the humanity they bring with them.

Outstanding AAA service. Dylan truly listened and made sure an item that had fallen off during a previous tow by a different company was recovered and secured with my vehicle. He delivered everything to my home exactly where I requested, on time and without any hassle. He was very professional and courteous I would absolutely use this AAA-affiliated company again.

I have used E.A. Towing twice and have been met with top-notch service both times. They were very quick to answer the phone and were able to get a driver out in a VERY reasonable timeframe. The drivers are extremely professional. Alex explained the best way to get my vehicle on the tow truck when it broke down. And I had no doubt he would get it on there safely and to the shop. You can tell these guys have been in the industry for years and have seen just about everything. I would give 10 stars if I could. Highly recommend!

Got a flat tire while working as a delivery driver tonight and I got some seriously excellent service from Alex B. He was as quick as he was efficient and a real professional. He changed my flat tire for me with that NASCAR speed. Sucks I busted the life out of my tire but I'm grateful for people like Alex who take pride in their work. Excellent service all around!

We cannot thank Alex B. enough. We broke down on I24 headed home from Thanksgiving with family. He came within minutes of calling, helped us with our dogs, made our son smile, and was all around such a nice guy. It was a bit scary for us, but he showed up with a big smile, ready to help! Had a great trip back from Chattanooga with the first tow truck my mann Hector he a Kool dude and I would recommend him to anyone who has car troubles . Give him a call i swear he got u!!! Then my next Guy Alex he is a good person to come take care of any car troubles u have. He's the man very courtesy I would recommend him too because he makes sure you get to where you need to go.

Another shoutout to Michael! Once i finally decided where to take my car, I called EA and they were at my house in no time to drop off my car the shop. Awesome and cool guy! Went to a high school football game with my dad, on our way home right after we caught a flat tire. Immediately knew we needed a towing service and Alex B was there in 15 minutes to give great service. If you need this service in the Nashville area. They are great !

Michael was amazing! My daughter had a flat and couldn't get the lugnuts off. Michael had it changed out and the spare on in no time, along with excellent advice on next steps to take care of the damaged tire. I've got EA saved on my phone now!!!

Michael went out of his way to make sure we got our vehicle where it needed to go! Even topped it off by helping get it exactly where we needed in our driveway so that we could still use our garage in the meantime. 10/10 recommend Michael at E.A towing!!! would use again. fair rate overall for the destination we needed.

Had a non-running car that i had to have towed out of my apartments. I called and they told me they could get me in. 15 minutes later....they were pulling up to get my car. Had the BEST service provided by Michael! He was truly the most outstanding and helpful person. He made sure we were safe and comfortable getting picked up and to our destination to get my tire replaced. He even went out of the way to make sure I could take my car seat in the tow truck as I had my toddler with me. Alex b arrived in less than thirty minutes after I had called dispatch. He showed up with professionalism behind a bright smile. He verified info, took payment, keys and was gone as fast as he arrived. They also send a text to let you know that your car has arrived at its destination as well. Thank you Alex!

Had a super positive experience from the start. I called a few places to get quotes for a tow and I'm so glad I decided to go with them. Not only were we able to schedule a specific time that worked with our schedule, but when i called back, she had all my information saved.
