My car broke down nearby and the really kind folks here helped me grab a few parts and even recommended a top notch local mechanic. I wish we had a store like this with staff like this back home.

I saw the sign on the highway while traveling I-40 East, the NAPA Auto parts was behind a Loves.
My phone mount came off of my dash and I needed something to hold it back on there and something that would be super strong.
I went in with the idea of using Goo gone to get off the residual stickiness, they did not have Goo gone but Bruce was super helpful and he found me a 3M adhesive removal spray and suggested the 3M double-sided tape.
It has worked so far so good, even though I know I need to remove the last bit of residual stickiness to have it stick more permanently - but I am on the road and I didn't want to spend a super long time on it at this time.

BY FAR, ONE OF THE BEST auto parts stores I've dealt with in a long time. Matt checked my battery and explained I most likely didn't need a new one. Staff is friendly, reponsive and most importantly honest!
Our battery died on the highway and we were able to make it to their store and since we were on our honeymoon we had no tools in the car with us. Thankfully not only did they help us get a new battery but helped us install it too! EXTREMELY nice people and EXTREMELY helpful!

I can not say enough about Chris and the Napa team in Baxter. My truck broke down at a gas station down the road from their location and Chris brought the part and tools that I needed to get back on the road. They truly saved the day. It was hard enough having to travel to clean out a deceased family members house, add a truck that won’t start to the equation, well that makes for a rough day. Thank you Chris. God bless.
My daughter comes over and gave car make and model they give her a belt that is supposed to fit a 2005 gmc envoy xl . She buys belt brings over and we can’t get belt on over 2 “ short bring back and your employee tell her he measured belt and it’s correct now it’s to late i wait till today Monday i bring belt in and 3 Auto stores tell us we need a 92 7/8” belt i show your employee and he comes out with the belt and wanted 13.00 more dollars. I told him give me a refund and went to OReilly auto. All this aggravation because the belt you say fits a gmc envoy. This was Baxter Tn store kid at counter was clueless
I called the store and the employees were very well mannered and extremely helpful in trying to help me locate the correct socket for my son's locking lug nuts on his truck. The women employee that offered to help me was so understanding and super helpful in pointing me in the right direction for the correct part and where to look for one. Thank you to the wonderful employees working on the Baxter Napa auto parts store.
Very friendly staff but the database for parts are either lacking or there is a need for employees to be trained. Did the best they knew how but couldn't find my part. I don't blame the employees.
Amazing customer service! Driving through out of state and the woman went out of her way to help us figure out the issue and drove to get us a part we needed. Wouldn’t go anywhere else if you’re in the area!!

The service and the quality of it at this napa, is probably the best around. Everyone working behind the counter including the manager go beyond what you normally experience with an auto parts store.

Coolant hose for apu busted. Heard about this Napa. Figured might as well service my whole apu also. They had everything I needed from inline filter, oil/fuel/air filter and even the inline fuel filter. The only thing they didnt have was the belts but ordered the 1s I need plus couple extra for other drivers. They were able to cross reference everything so I wouldn't have to go to the carrier place and pay there high ? Will definitely be my go to for parts.
After having my brakes fixed on a Friday morning, my family headed on vacation. When we stopped at a rest area, we realized they didn't tie our brake line up and a hole had rubbed in the line and we were losing all of our brake fluid. This Napa was just down the road so we headed there quickly. The employees were super nice and went above and beyond to help. My husband and son in law were able to fix our brake line right in the parking lot. I highly recommend this business.
Great service! We needed to replace Rv coach batteries and Napa went above and beyond to get the batteries we needed and get us back on the road. Very convenient location right on Interstate 40, with plenty of parking for our rig towing a car.
