10/10 Experience Felt Good When I Walked Inside The Shop! Dustin took my information and told me to pull up to the bay! Really Nice Guy And Talked To Me For A Little! Best Experience, I Wish Every Shop was like this when im on the road

Repair shop waiting time just awful, arrived at 10am for trailer inspection,they told me to wait 3-4 hours max but i left at 8:30pm, 10hours waiting only for 20 minutes work???????

This place was pretty quick.. I didn't need anything major done but needed a pm on my truck.. they had me back going pretty quick, hour and a half..

Excellent service and kind people. David Spencer was really kind, and really helpful. He both fixed the problem and helped us understand what the issue was. We were grateful to be able to quickly get back on the road! 5 stars. Thank you David!

How many guys does it take to change a light! Got called into the bay at 14:08. Me, my wife and dog had to wait outside as their policy doesn’t allow anyone in the truck while it’s in the bay. It took over 4 hours for a single trailer light change. Granted they needed a ladder to reach it. Actual time spent working on changing the light, 15 minutes. Time in bay 4.25 hours. There were 4 service employees but only one mechanic. Absolutely ridiculous! This doesn’t account for the wait time to get called in. This was all time in the bay while we had to wait outside. Thankfully the weather was nice.

More than 7 hours and still waiting for a tire replacement, avoids this place , manager David skips people and prioritizes whoever pays with credit card .

Avoid this shop. I was told to pull to a door and that someone would help me in a few minutes. Over an hour now and still no help. They have the bays full but no one is working.

They are fast working good, but need to be more serious. No one called company for authorization and didn't send us the final invoice.

Shop was the best. Took sum time to get into the shop. But truck was fixed and on my way in no time

This review is specifically for the truck service shop. The young man and staff working the night shift are extremely friendly and professional. I highly recommend this shop.

Wait around two hours to get an oil change then 30 minutes after pulling into the shop they say they don't have the filters. You think they would of known that before making me wait around for over two hours. Mentally disabled standing around staring into each others eyes.

Needed a trailer tire replaced and I was in and out in less than 2 hrs.

They took good care of me had everything in stock and available. I went in for tire and airline. There was more damage than I new about and was taken care of very efficiently and speedily!

Slowest tire shop ive ever seen. Will not return or even recommend. Seriously consider going elsewhere.

Over priced.... In a pinch on the weekend I got two tires for my motorhome that got me back on the road. I think I got lucky with those working that day.

They were good. Only took and hour for them to fix my tire. Only down fall was they had 1 tech on. And when I got there there was 4 trucks ahead of mine. Waited 5 hours. But like I said the service was good. Waiting not so much.

Squeezed me in for replacing a bad trailer tire, right at the end of their shift. They had a quality tire and were very fast too. Couldn't ask for more! I appreciate it fellas

The Shop is not something we wood recommend Avoid if you can.

Nice store and clean. The parking lot is alittle different because of the McDonald’s you end up walking between cars to get to the sidewalk or ramp so please be careful and watch for cars. There is another ramp in the front I believe.

Ask for Jason or Anthony. Honest gents here, well mannered and answer questions honestly! Highly recommended!

Don’t go to the shop in this Love’s. You will waste your time. They said 1 hour to fix my TRAILER at 7 in the morning. Now it’s 7 pm and nothing happened! It’s maximum 2 hours work but people in this shop walk around and watch phone all the time. Done at 7:30 pm

I am a truck driver who drives with my standard poodle and because of that I tried to exclusively stop at Lowe's due to the dog parks. I was extremely happy with this dog park, very clean and nice little layout. My dog and I spent quite a bit of time outside on my 10-hour break here. The service on the inside however was not really that great. My first attempt at breakfast was Subway, they were MIA with food exposed for a very long time. As soon as I saw a fly crawling on the meat I went from McDonald's. The McDonald's people seem to be a bit scatterbrained but at least they got my order right. In the actual love store, when I shut down and this morning they seem to be irritable. I mean they did say welcome to Love's when you walk in but the way they said it did not exactly make you feel welcome LOL that night and in the morning heard nothing but bellyaching from the employees unfortunately. DOG PARK WAS GREAT THOUGH.
