I cannot believe how helpful and caring Mack/Steve were! As a struggling, single mom I never thought I’d be able to get into a good car, and a good car that I love, they made it happen! They really cared about helping me more than just making it about money like all the other places I’ve tried. I would absolutely recommend Major Automotive! 05/30/25 Update: I found today Mack had left me a voice mail asking me to call way back when I originally left this review. I won't now because the truck has sold, but WILL revise this a bit. I certainly didn't mean to make him out to be a "criminal". He was very nice in person and their shop is pretty cool with all the neat vintage motorcycles and nostalgia. I just wish there had been more TRUTH in their advertising/description. Partly my fault for expecting a decent used Toyota Tundra for their lowish asking price (a big DUH and pretty gullible on my part, I realize now!), but when you read the glowing description they send, what else is one to think (see review below)?! As a suggestion (for my biggest complaint), I'd rather it have been advertised as "Nice truck that needs some work, being sold as-is" or "Tundra with great potential for the backyard/DIY mechanic"! That I could handle and would have more respect for and would've known better what to expect for the price, my 3 hours of driving, and half day off work. Not some too-good-to-be-true deal on a truck that could come back to bite me... and them, both! It just feeds into the typical deceptive car sales tactics reputation we're all sick of endlessly having to endure as consumers, and which taints the whole car sales industry. Original review: Typical used car sales tactics here, even though reviews say otherwise. Granted, Mack the owner was very nice and accommodating in person. I emailed them about a blue '08 Toyota Tundra they had on the "Carfax" used car website advertised as "...good tires, Truck is ready to go". One would assume that likely means it's been detailed, serviced, and in REASONABLY good cond. I asked if there was any heavy rust underneath, since it had been up north for most of its life. They emailed back claiming "This car is still available and ready to go!
The frame is clean with no rust, as the rest of the body" (their exact words copied), but failed to mention scaly rust everywhere else under it, in the engine compartment, and on the bumpers, among other issues! I drove 1.5 hrs each way to see the truck, but when I got there I discovered it hadn't been cleaned up, was very rough, had MULTIPLE problems, incl. the check engine light on/cruise control disabled (he said that was possibly due to a bad cat. converter), a weak battery, NO spare tire, a big dent in the bed's side, a bad rear wheel bearing, heavily oxidized/peeling clearcoat on roof/hood not visible in the pics online, etc. He had to fill the front two badly dry rotted tires up with air before I could even drive it ("good tires"?! Only on the rear). Once I did drive it, I discovered very quickly it either had a bad rear wheel bearing, a problem with the rear dif, driveshaft, etc, as it had a SERIOUS grinding noise/vibration at all speeds. When I mentioned that after the drive, he acted surprised and offered to drop the price by $1000 if I would take it right then "as-is", but I turned that down, instead taking him up on his offer to have his "tech check it out over the weekend once he was back in town". He took my name/number, but the weekend came and went and no follow up contact was ever received from them. In hindsight, I'm glad because I'm sure my wife's woman's intuition would've been right that it would become a money pit, or worse, had I bought it. Great interior, despite the dirt and broken sliding glass window latch, the body was in decent enough shape, other than the rust mentioned, but it's obvious the vehicle had not been taken care of very well, despite all the consistent service records in it's Carfax report. So the moral is, be careful here (and with any used car dealer), check any vehicle out carefully, incl. it's history, and have an independent mechanic inspect it THOROUGHLY before buying! Also, take with a grain of salt whatever you're told about condition over the phone, email, or text before making a long trip there... or to ANY new or used car dealer for that matter!!
Mac and Kim are so friendly and awesome. They made my car buying experience so wonderful. Very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Definitely using them in the future and sending my family there. I'm beyond happy with the service and my new car.

We bought a vehicle and was told by Mike that he only sales cars that have $400 or less in damage. Just higher mileage. We've had it for 8 mths and nothing but issues. There is zero way to aligne the back wheels. We have gone through 2 brand new pair of tires and 7 sets of used tires in 8 mths. It's truly this bad. We pd for every one of them with our card, so it can be proven. The passenger side air blow opposite of what it's set for. The doors have started doing what they want. 75% of the time they won't unlock. Not even with the key- old school. We changed the batteries for the key fobs, nothing has helped. Now both back doors are locked and can NOT be opened. Not from inside. Can't force them. Nothing! And about 2 mths after getting it, it started missing some while going up hill.
We feel Mike, ripped us off. More then likely he knew the condition of the vehicle bc he said he'd been driving it. He knew he had a bad vehicle and wanted it gone. No matter what.
Places and ppl like this are what give a bad name to small auto shops and repair shops.

I had a very positive experience with this used car dealer. I came with a trade in and got more for it than I expected, I knew that the vehicle I was trading it on had some issues and the dealer was honest about it's flaws as well as showing me the repairs he had done himself prior to the purchase. He even held the vehicle for me to come and look which now a days is just about never garunteed. The dealer was very personable and treated me like we had known each other for years; over all it was a great experience probably the best I've ever had.
