We were in serious trouble and needed to move our friend. Tim was quick to respond and assess the situation correctly. He had the wisdom needed to get us free from our mess of a being quite stuff. So very thankful for his abilities and willingness to help us.

Twice this company has been assigned to me by Verizon roadside when I used the schedule ahead option and both times they never showed up and I couldn’t get ahold of them. I don’t know how the contract works with Verizon and tow companies, maybe their notification system is messed up or something but I hope they fix it seeing as all their other reviews seem great.

Couldn’t have had a better experience of getting our car home after a traumatizing wreck. Brandon Milam was a godsend!! He helped my husband push our car multiple times before we got it into an appropriate spot as the engine and e brake were both disabled. He literally told us “I’m not gonna leave you here like that” after the second try of pushing had us in a questionable position. He also gave us some really useful information should we ever (hopefully never) need a tow in the shocking moments after an accident in the future. I recently had to have a 2014 Jeep patriot towed from my home to an auto mechanic. Brandon from Dickson’s towing and recovery squared me away. From timely communication about arrival time, showing up within the window prescribed, communicating with me about any questions and concerns I had, to include working the logistics with the mechanic shop for drop off saving me from having to take a trip into Clarksville. Brandon treated me with the upmost courtesy and respect and was patient with me during our conversation making this a pleasant and enjoyable experience where as normally this type of situation is stressful and gives me anxiety. I called 3 other tow companies to ask about loading my husband's 1968 Chevy Impala onto our car hauler and they all said they were unavailable until I called Dicksons! Jeff was sent out and he exceeded expectations! He was able to get the vehicle onto the hauler without issue and he was highly experienced. He even waited for us to hitch the hauler back on our truck and for that, I'm more than appreciative.

My vehicle was repossessed and I made all payments and tried to pick it up....DIANA IS AWEFUL!! As if I weren't going through enough she was there to make it much worse. She literally lied to make it worse. My bank had to call her. She made me make an appointment that was horrible inconvenient just to pick it up like they were just super busy... When I got there I was the only person there. Her and her attitude are garbage. I will definitely be filing grievances with the Attorney General.
This was my first time ever needing a tow. My clutch failed and I was stuck in a parking lot. The customer service was 10/10 and the woman I talked with was so kind and reassuring. She made me feel so much better about the process.

My car had a malfunction during a road trip and these men did excellent with keep me calm and making me feel comfortable during this overwhelming circumstance. They were good with communication prior to arrival and also when they arrived. They even arrived earlier than expected (took them about 10 mins). 10/10 service
I hit a giant pothole on I24 and blew out my front right tire. Progressive was making my life hell to get someone out to either replace the tire or tow (I’m 8 months pregnant btw! It was ridiculous). Finally after 2 hours they decided to get a tow service. That’s was the only blessing of the day. Understandably it took some time for him to arrive because he was coming from Nashville but he came straight to us. Dylan was so helpful. He made a stressful situation much better, cared enough to check if I felt safe etc, and then got us home. Then he went above and beyond (at 11:30 at night!) to help and change the tire to the spare for us on top of it. He is wonderful and the kind of person i would always hope to get when stranded on the side of the road.
The lady that did my tow tonight did such an amazing job! She was so kind, patient, and professional. She really went the extra mile throughout the entire experience as all odds were against her! The transmission was out, car wouldn’t start, and at one point, the car was trying to roll and made all of us uncomfortable. I wish I would’ve gotten her name but she was a true superhero tonight!
They were sent thru my roadside assistance policy and contacted me within about 20-30 minutes and had me informed of what they were doing and when they would be able to tow my car. I feel like it was about an hour total from them calling me to my car tow. It was quick and the attendant Tim was so nice! The experience was smooth and efficient for what was a stressful situation for me. I highly recommend !
