Such a gem! Been playing here since it first opened and I love the layout of this course. It's so fun to play with picturesque views and challenging holes. One of my favorite courses in the country I've played.

Great place if you like high end golf courses. ⛳️ greens are well kept also

Great venue. Plush fairways, greens were in great shape, running a little slow otherwise great.

12th Annual BrOpen championship round was played here. Course was in great shape. Greens a little slow, but still nice. Clubhouse was super slow and unorganized at the turn, got us backed up and in a dispute with some members. Still a great time!

The same price to play 18 last year(2023) is now the price for 9(2024). And I've heard they are going private in 2025. It was fun while it lasted...

Truly a beautiful golf course! The views were spectacular and the course well maintained. A great golfing experience.

Nice atmosphe, food was good. Friendly environment. The chef visited our table to greet us. The grilled shrimp with salad was excellent. The service was a bit slow, but overall, it was good.

The course was in great condition & although it was very overcast with some occasional but short-lived drizzle I had a fantastic time. IMHO, this course has the most gorgeous views of any course I've played in East TN! Now, this course is a real outlier, not convenient at all for 95% of golfers in East TN. Additionally, the $60 greens fee is a bit steep to play on the 'reg', but aside from that, it is good to play every year or two.

Great location with beautiful homes. Had lunch at the restaurant. Food was just cold foods at the time we were there. So I don't have a real review on food quality. Beer was cold service was good. In a beautiful area great homes nice gated community in Knoxville.

Spectacular course. In great shape. Greens roll perfectly. A must destination. PS. Where else do you see sunscreen in the bathroom? Staff is fantastic. Food is great. Enjoy! You won’t be disappointed. We played after 3 solid days of rain. NO standing water except traps and that was a free drop. Loved it.

Living in Knoxville I had not been there as often as I would have liked, played last fall and it was terrific this time it was also. Greens are definitely a little slower than ideal, the beauty of the course made up for it.

Beautiful course. Well maintained. Greens were just aerated, so were pretty bumpy. Should be in excellent shape for the upcoming season.

I play tennis there with a great group of guys and a few women. Rarity Bay is a class act with homes in the upper $100,000s to multi-millions either on the water or with water and mountain views. Nice restaurant, golf course, and horse stables and paddocks.

I attended a friend's wedding and then had the reception of the country club house. Everything was beautiful, the wait staff was attentive, and the food was delicious. The only negative thing I have to say is the potatoes were undercooked.

Played on a Friday and it was only $40!! Beautiful fairways and great tee boxes.

A beautifully maintained and challenging course in a breathtaking location. If you are hosting guests from out of town this course should be on your very short list of options to showcase the beauty of East Tennessee.

Gorgeous Golf Course! Very enjoyable day, super friendly people at the club house. The bar made the best chicken salad sandwich I have ever tasted! Loved this place and everything about it!

This place was immaculate! It had been raining and after 2 holes, you couldn't tell. Greens rolled so TRUE!!!! Whole Facility and amenities were awesome! Love to play again if I have the chance!

The clubhouse is absolutely beautiful and the staff is very friendly. The girls working behind the bar get you what you need at the turn fast. The food was delicious, I would recommend the quesadilla. The course has several beautiful holes as well as challenging holes. The only reason I give it 4 stars instead of 5 is because of the condition of the course itself. It's in good condition, but I feel like they could spend more time/money on the fairways/tee boxes. Overall it is a great course and I would recommend it to anyone who loves golf.

Great golf course! They keep up the fairways very will in the off peak season. We went out in early spring and they had some of the most green fairways in Knoxville. Mostly wide open sans a couple of holes with some houses. Plenty of sand to challenge every skill level.

The course is always in great shape. The carts are clean, reliable and are good quality carts. The holes are challenging so it's not at all boring. One of my faves

Course in great shape. Club members playing behind us were "pushing" some though we were, at times, waiting on group in front of us. Two members had their own carts so could play faster. Otherwise enjoyed course.

The best course I have played in Knoxville. Worth the extra time to travel 20min outside of town to play. Great staff at the club house and great views on every hole of either gorgous homes, the lake or the mountains.

As far as the neighborhood, having lived here for over a decade, I'd suggest looking at other places in Knoxville and Farragut. The location is convenient only to the lake. Otherwise it is a significant drive to grocery stores, shopping and dining. If you are under 40, do not consider living here. The population is mainly elderly snowbirds who have retired here and are not fond of younger people. Not only are they rude at neighborhood social events or board/interest meetings, they will constantly report you for the littlest things such as temporarily leaving a boat trailer in your driveway or if your dog starts barking at you from your driveway. They used to have an employee who drove around on a golf cart noting who to send violation notices to. My neighbor has an incredibly friendly golden retriever and it ran up to the top of his driveway as someone was walking. The elderly guy yelled at my neighbor to get rid of it. Now he carries a golf club when walking. And they find any excuse to yell at you on the street. It's absolutely ridiculous. It's a beautiful neighborhood ruined by a bitter and rude population. The neighborhood has also changed hands recently and they are considering adding an assisted living community and informed us that it will put a significant strain on the infrastructure. And the country club is rather expensive with an inflated price to use only the pool and small gym, where they recently did away with the bathrooms. The new management has also talked about forcing a $300 social fee per month on residents to pay for it.

This course is phenomenal. From the way you're greeted when you arrive, to the practice facilities, to the awe inspiring views. I started out by walking into the palatial clubhouse and taking care of the green fees. Donald Trump voice "HUGE". The carts have all of the extras including iced coolers on the sides. The range balls are included with your green fees and are stacked in pyramids down at the range. Made my group feel special. The practice green has a stream flowing through it that helps quite the mind and focus on your stroke. The whole course was in great shape for early Spring. The course is well designed with altitude variations, nice mixture of hole lengths, and a couple of multi-tiered greens. The views are absolutely the best.

Nice Golf course. Beautiful views of the mountains and lakes. Played in a tournament there, so I am not familiar with the fees. Does have a driving range and putting green. Fairways were well kept and the greens were in great shape. The course was very open and included well groomed bunkers. There was not a lot of water on the course.
