Amazing service!!! This has been the best experience!! I can not recommend them enough. The service, communication, attention to detail, and help navigating through the insurance process was above and beyond!! This is the only auto body and collision center I will ever use!!! Thank you guys for an outstanding experience!!
Add dents removed from my truck by the paintless dent repair guy. The dents are magically gone! Cost $350 for multiple dents in two panels. Seems a bit high but I have nothing to compare it to.
I will say that their technicians did an incredible job on the repair. My issues arise with the management team, their business practices are very shady, possibly illegal, but I can’t say that for sure.
Our beloved Challenger collided with a deer and it really did a number on the front end. We decided to have Adam and his crew do the repairs. Not only did they do a fantastic job, but they also dealt with both the insurance and rental car companies behind the scenes! They made a stressful situation far less stressful. They even installed some aftermarket customizations we had not done yet. Our car looks amazing, better than before the deer dance haha! Y'all were really an absolute pleasure to work with, and there was regular communication through the entire process. Should we need collision repair again, you'll see us. Highly recommend this shop, thank you for taking good care of us and our car!
These guy's and girls are amazing. Vonore Collison fought tooth and nail for me when my vehicle was struck in a no fault accident. They never waivered and fought to make things right for me when the adjuster underestimated the damage to my vehicle. Seriously these folks are awesome, open on communication and will do everything within their means to provide excellent service. Not only did they fight to fix my vehicle right it was detailed inside and out upon pickup (no small task for any vehicle I own.) The cleanest I've seen the car since purchasing it.
We are the Bryant Family and I would like to take a moment to give honor where it’s do. My wife had hit a round cement structure in the middle of a parking lot on Mother’s Day and took out the left side of her Nissan Murano. We contacted USAA insurance and they sent us to there recommended Auto Center. They looked it over made some calls and the next day they called us and gave us the bad news it would have to be totaled out. We were bummed because after all the car had around 100,000 miles on it. My wife’s favorite car we had purchased brand new. One day we were driving and ran across Vonore Collision Center so we popped in. We met some of the nicest people since moving to Maryville from Nevada. They looked it over and said we can fix it. When I tell you I felt a little skeptical I was. So we brought it in and crossed our fingers. They got it out in record time and the work they did was amazing. They even detailed it to look brand new again. I was so impressed I brought my Nissan Titian Pro 4 in to have work done and WOW they did an awesome job also. So please don’t hesitate to use these guys for all your vehicle auto body work. I went there today to get a color match for my RV. Adam was quick to greet me and provide direction. He was able to match up the paint beyond my expectations. Very professional and service oriented! Thank you Adam
They service (repair) our fleet and personal vics when needed. Adam and shop do great work. Trustworthy and professional. Best part, trucks come out nice and clean when they are done.
These guys did an amazing job. The stood up to my insurance company who wanted a cheap fix. VCC fought to do they job right instead of cheap. They did a great job. The most surprising thing was when I picked my truck up from the repair, it was completely cleaned and detailed, like showroom floor detailed. Highly recommend

My car was hit in the front bumper, and I called multiple shops and was told the wait list is 60-90 days out and vonore said they could schedule me in for July 31 and then got the car in sooner and as of yesterday it was fixed! The work they did is very clean and looks nice and no over spray paint or micro scratches that I’ve dealt with another car in the past with another body shop. They cleaned the outside and inside! I really appreciate this body shop and would recommend to anyone. Super friendly staff easy to work with.
My car needed some repairs for damage on the front bumper and headlight. I was highly impressed when the car came out of the shop like nothing ever happened to it. In fact, it looked just like a brand new car when it appeared as though they washed it for me. Will recommend this shop to anyone who needs it!
Ronnie and his team are excellent. The fixed some damage to my rear bumper and it’s impossible to tell. When I got my truck back, there were paper floor mats, the truck had been washed and some paint chips on the hood had been repaired. Highly recommend!
So let me start by saying if you want your parts lost, left off, painted over, painted on, put on the wrong side and upside down, or if you want to order or hunt your own parts, then feel free to take your car here. So it starts with me hitting 2 deer in 2 different cars in less than 30 days. The first was my red convertible mustang. I took it in and also paid an extra 200$ to have the three pieces of trim around the windshield painted. So they called me in a reasonable time to come and pick it up. On the way home I could hear a lot of wind but thought it was just me, being out of it for a while. When my husband got home he said where are the rubber pieces that separated the side panels and the top piece around the windshield. Plus after looking at it I realized that the sound was because the side trim was not even tightened down. I took my car back and Rick agreed that was unacceptable, and he would make it right. The next day they called and said my black mustang was ready. I go pick it up and as soon as my husband got home, he said where is your chin spoiler. So I go look and then I find that it looks like something was cut off around both of my headlights also. Which I dont understand because only one light was damaged. I called, mad and said I would just come and get my cars, but when I went there he had found the gaskets that go around my headlights and the painter apologized and said he simply forgot to put them back. He said he doesn't know anything about the little rubbers at my windshield on my red car. He never seen them on my car and acted like I was crazy, but if I knew where to get some more, he would put them on, and put the chin spoiler on also while I was gone. I went and found my own parts that they lost, at a junk yard. So I take both of my cars home and then I noticed the paint lifting on my red cars hood. I took it back and he repainted it. Then I noticed it was hard to see at night in the black car and realized he put in a clear headlight instead of a aftermarket smoked one and painted them both to try and match them but you could clearly see the one was silver on the inside. He said he didn't know that it was an aftermarket light and gave me a check for new ones but I have to order them and pay tax and shipping. It rained alot and my red car frosted on the inside and he told me that this time of year that was normal and he couldn't help that. Then it started smelling. I found that he put the two pieces of trim that holds the gasket on the wrong side and upside down to make it almost fit. Then he beat up and put a ton of silicone on the drivers side to finish the fit and did nothing on the passenger side so it poured water in when it was raining. I had to go find new ones of those too because it tore the one up trying to get it off after it had been glued down. We also put them on ourselves. The two pieces specifically say "L" & "R" which anyone in the auto industry should know R is the passenger side. While doing so, I put my top down to get to the gasket and there is red overspray all over the sun visors and the plastic on the inside. He tried to tell me this sorta things only happens once in every 200 cars, but this is not one time one thing or one car! I was only able to leave a one star. This shop deserves a negative rating.
