Love these guys!!! I have never left this place empty handed. I also have never had to wait to be helped as soon as I walk in I'm greeted and asked if I need help finding anything. If I do need help they are right there to figure it out. They are so friendly! Kris always has the answer to every question!!
Went in with simple questions, got probably, and not sure as responses. Least helpful staff at any O'reillys ive been to. Do yourself a favor and go to a different location.
Store worker Aiden, showed me how to remove the entire headlight, parking lights assembly on my 2015 Ford C-Max, in order to get at all 4 of the lights inside. You can't expect that service on all cars, depending on the accessibility of the bulbs, but it sure helped me with my issue. I will become a regular customer at their store.
The 5 stars must be from family members because every time I’ve been in this store the dudes at the counters act like they could care less if I was in the store or not. If you don’t know exactly to the dot what you need then they are no help. No advise, no “want to” actually help a customer that’s broke down on the side of the road. Will not be back in this store and will tell everyone I know how miserable the employees act.
