Etowah towing salvage has been towing my vehicles for many years and they they are very gentle with my vehicles they've done a wonderful job with every tow that they have done and I appreciate everything that they have done for me and I would recommend them or any other tow company I've ever dealt with and I just want to say thank you for being friendly and taking care of my vehicles at a fair price
I was expecting that this, was just another one of those Tow companies that makes you jump through hoops too get your vehicle out . Well I infact , was treated with respect, charged a reasonable price ,
Amazing customer service, Arrived to our rescue quickly and extremely reasonable prices, I actually thought the price was too low.
They definitely go the extra mile. They came to our rescue tonight when we had a flat tire and no spare. Went above and beyond by getting the "platinum princess" safely to the tire store and us safely home in opposite directions.
Kevin of Etowah Towing is outstanding. My teen decided it'd be a great day to take a Honda Odyssey off roading at some random OHV trail and got it STUCK. The joy of raising teenagers.
We called Kevin who met us at this random location, knew exactly what and where we were talking about, drives his giant powerful truck down this "situation" I would not even call a "road," expertly positions this giant machine, gets the stuck van pulled up and out and driven back down to the main road within 20 minutes. I was amazed by the prompt efficiency and offroad oopsies towing talent that Kevin had. This was not your disabled on the side of the road kind of job.
But here's what's even cooler. I went into the situation pretty fired up at my kiddo about getting into the mess in the first place. Kevin took the time to explain it was a local area spot where teens off road (just not mini vans!) and it used to be a better experience until it got rutted out. He provided some constructive advice on what type of vehicle, tires and settings one WOULD need to ride in this area.
I loved that he showed up asap, solved the problem, did not meet this unusual situation with any judgment, diffused the anger I was feeling, and talked to my son about how to more safely approach that specific terrain.
Somehow, and I know it sounds weird, but it actually turned into a good time and fun experience. Maybe it was just being out in the woods on a beautiful day with a deafening roar of bugs someplace I wouldn't otherwise be. But Kevin made it easy and funny, and it was hard to stay mad.
I was also charged a very fair and affordable rate. Which is another terrific reason I calmed right down. Best towing experience ever as crazy as that sounds.
I highly recommend them if you end up in a situation with a stuck vehicle!
Absolutely absolutely the greatest and most caring tow company in the county possibly even the entire Southeast they are very friendly they never steal anything like most others I picked up a car today from where my daughter was hit in the hit and run and found $600 in an envelope and cash that had been lost under the passenger seat. The man working there named Kevin is by far over and above one of the nicest gentleman I've ever met definitely one of the most honest men I've ever met and was willing to actually talk to me and help me through the process of what I need to do with my insurance. I also had a car taken there last year in March where I was in a severe accident in the same man did the same thing for me then absolutely nothing was taken he made sure that I was okay enough to be able to get all my own things because I was severely injured and the things that I couldn't get myself he actually took the time to help me load up all of mine and my five kids belongings and I just want to say God bless this man and he will be the only tow company that my family uses from here on out his rates are way better than any of his competitors and the customer service is far superior to any tow company I've ever dealt with rather it be in this County and the state. I want to say thank you again to this man his name is Kevin and I hope that anyone that reads this knows that I'm not doing this because I know him but I'm doing this because of what he showed me.
I was fixing to head to work and locked my keys in my car, a car that is not supposed to lock with the keys in it mind you. Slightly panicked called 3 other places with no luck. One last call to Etawah Towing and he was at my house within minutes, love small town living, had my car door open in les than 15 minutes and off to work I went .. am definitely a customer from now on.
