Came with a flat passing by to go home in Alabama. Asked for a quick service and even though the store was empty I was told I had to wait for 1 and a half hours for a repair that would take less than 10 minutes. Drove to Huntsville with the spare and got fixed in less than 10 minutes after I arrived at my desired location for only $15. Never returning here.
I cannot say enough good things. My son was on his way back to college when his car broke down at the bottom of Monteagle mountain. I called these guys up out of the blue, in the middle of the day to see if they could try to get him back on the road. I had the car towed to the shop and they worked on it all afternoon even though they had other jobs I’m sure ahead of us. They were efficient and reasonably priced and a pleasure to work with. Thank you so much for everything.
On two separate occasions, CS Automotive has surpassed my expectations and done a fantastic job. When a friend was driving through on a road trip for work, her car broke down on the highway and she expected to be without her car for a matter of days. After it was towed to CS Automotive, they had it fixed up in only a few hours, getting her back on the road to make her work commitment in time.
When I had an oil leak, and was expecting to be without my car for a day, Dan and his team diagnosed and fixed the problem within 30 minutes! He was kind, professional and extremely generous. CS is definitely my go-to local mechanic from here on out! I highly recommend them.
Amazing people!! Our trailer needed the tire changed of course we didn’t have the 4 way lug tool, we pulled in they came right out changed it and got us on our way! Fast, kind, and all around great guys!!

I was traveling to the Nashville airport and broke down unexpectedly on my way. I am SO thankful CS Automative was on the exit I was able to get off. Despite their busy schedule that day, they worked me in ASAP and got my car fixed up quickly. I was able to make a later flight, but I would have had to cancel the trip if I had not gotten so lucky finding this place. 10/10 service and clean facility too! Highly recommend.
Stopped in after something happened to my tire on the interstate, and they had me in and out with a new valve stem in 20 minutes and had me on my way! Didn't get the guys name at the front desk, but it was great customer service. I guess he could tell I was stressed out because I had been on the road all day and didn't even charge me for the valve stem! I don't live around the area, or I would be back. If you're looking for a place to go, I definitely recommend it!
Driving home from Nashville my 2016 Chrysler Town & Country started over heating on the way up Mont Eagle mountain on I 24 it was 930 and that is not a good place to be broke down but I limped it onto exit 134 and stayed at the Super 8 hotel. When I got in the hotel I looked up nearest garage snd CS Automotive was only .4 miles from the hotel so the next morning I got there before 8 and in just under 40 minutes they gave me a very detailed quote and had me out the door by 130 which was impressive !! Fair priced I did not feel gouged at all and no intense pressure to do the job! I highly recommend this company ! Nice clean waiting room, very clean bathroom and a big screen tv and super comfy couch ! I wish I could give them more than 5 stars ! No issues on the 2.5 hour drive home ! Very professional from start to finish !

They were fairly priced, the people at the front desk were knowledgeable and very polite, and they provide a full complimentary diagnostic with any service. I am a student at the University of the South and I recommend to any family, student, or resident in the area!!
Wife and I got a flat tire on our Lexus on the way to Nashville. We limped the car to CS AUTOMOTIVE. They got us 4 new tires the next day and we were back on the road to Nashville. Great people and overall a great experience given our circumstances. Would highly recommend these folks.
I brought my Jeep into CS automotive for brake repair, they found out that it was not my brakes but my brake lines, they fixed them in a timely manner and did a great job. I wanted to thank CS automotive for doing a great job. I would recommend them to anyone looking for mechanical work.
We were on the road for hours when I noticed our van kept pulling to the left. Not wanting to risk driving all the way home at midnight with a possible issue, I decided to stop when we passed through Monteagle around 6 p.m. I grabbed some supplies at the Piggly Wiggly and noticed CS Automotive & Tire nearby. First thing the next morning, I called them when they opened at 7:30. I explained the situation, and the guy told me to bring it on in.
It turns out we needed a new tire, and thankfully, they had exactly what we needed in stock. They got it mounted and balanced quickly. I think we were there for maybe an hour, tops. After that, the van drove straight as an arrow all the way home.
Could I say the price was a bit on the higher side? Sure. But honestly, the peace of mind and the quality of service made it completely worth it. Huge thanks to CS Automotive for getting us back on the road and home safely!

Took my Lexus in for an oil change and was pleased they also performed a bumper to bumper inspection of my car, to include items needed for my 75,000 mile checkup. Nice folks, timely appointment and reasonable rates. Give them a call!!
This was our first visit to CS Automotive and we were looking for a reliable shop for our vehicle services. They installed tires on my Jeep Wrangler and did an alignment as well. I was traveling back home when I had a tire pressure issue. Called and stopped at this location for a repair. Mr Dan was incredibly nice on the phone. Thankfully my repair was just a patch and plug job. I just want to say what an amazing blessing Mr. Dan and the staff were when I went to pay my bill. There are truly angels among us when needed. Our car broke down just a few miles from their shop on the interstate. It was a worrisome place to be broken down and we were pulling a trailer no less. After calling AAA and be given a two hour wait and recommended to a shop 35 miles away, I found CS Automotive on Google and called them. They were able to take our car and recommended a nearby towing company who could get us and our trailer to the shop quickly. Unfortunately our car wasn't worth the repair needed, but they were happy to hold on to the car while we arranged a salvage sale and helped with the handoff of the car and title while we continued on our road trip. Truly they were friends to strangers.
We have had excellent service from C&S automotive in Monteagle , Tennessee. They are very professional, helpful, prompt, and totally pleasant. Service was fast and friendly. They send you a detailed report with pictures and a breakdown of what needs to be done, and answer any questions about the report. I needed a part and they drove over an hour to the Honda dealership to pick it up so I could get back on the road ASAP. Will definitely use them in the future.
Could not ask for a better automotive shop! We went to two other shops before landing here because we knew something was wrong with my daughter’s car. The car is over 20 years old and hardly been serviced so I knew it needed an honest inspection. Not only was there 1 thing, they found 10. They email/text diagnostics and list from urgent to needs attention in the future. They worked with our budget and we have been fixing things as we can in order of importance. I now drive from Nashville to have my car repaired here while visiting daughter. The attention to detail, customer service and honesty are why will continue to stay customers.
My Jeep broke down on the way home to NC from CO and I discovered that the clutch fluid reservoir system had a leak and had run dry. After towing the Jeep to CS Auto, Nathan and the rest of the team were able to get me into a bay first thing in the morning and had my Jeep fixed in 30 minutes. Superb auto shop. Cannot recommend enough. I would give 10 stars if I could.
Great customer service.. the wait was a good bit longer than expected (about 90min.. & I was the only one there as far as I know).. but their work seemed thorough & they left a sweet token of appreciation in my vehicle so that was an unexpected surprise ?
What a fantastic team! We hit a nail 12 hours into a 15 hr drive (with a car full of kids, no less!) and needed emergency tire repair. CS Auto mercifully prioritized our repair, and had us back on the road within a hour for $30. We are SO grateful!! Plus, they left a candy treat in my car - 10/10 would recommend!
Awesome shop. My wife and I were coming from Nashville, on our way to Ruby falls. Suddenly my Sierra’s Check engine light began to flash and the truck was shaking. I pulled over on I-24 and found these guys on Google map. Brought it in to get it fixed. It had a loose plug wire on a cylinder.They fixed it and didn’t charge me a penny! Very nice staff. Thank you CS!
They were very kind and courteous during my car trouble. I had a flat tire on the interstate and managed to limp it to CS Automotive. They didn’t have my tire in stock but ordered it on the spot and patched my tire so it would get me home and back in the morning. They had my new tire on in about 30-35 minutes. Nice area to sit and chill while they work on your vehicle. We will return for any issues with our vehicles.
