They might get you unloaded in a decent time but the fact that they make you walk very far just to check in when they could easily just put a phone number and make it move faster and by the way if you have shorts or sweatpants with you they will not let you on the property. That to me seems a little ridiculous because I've been driving for 10 years and have been to plenty of scrap places and have never had a problem with wearing shorts. Seems that things could run smoother
My personal experience deserves 5 stars, from the moment I got to check in, the lady was so welcoming and professional. My appointment was at 8am and got unloaded in a blink. The gentleman who came to get the clipboard was so awesome. I can only say positive things based on my experience.

Trucks turn left at the store at the light….. GPS should lead you to a dead end basically….. park on the left side and walk to the office with paperwork…. Only one dock so your best bet is to be early…. Also there is someone who work from 3 pm to 11 pm(Mon-Thurs)….. Hope this helpful to you drivers
Strict instructions to be here by appointment. Got here on time, called to verify I should park with other trucks or come on down, told to park to left side of road and walk to guard shack. Passing 8 trucks on my way to shack I asked how long O would wait with an appointment. Just old she will call me. Appt at 9 its now almost 11 and I'm still waiting on line. Hope I make my next appointment .
First off if your GPS keeps trying to take you through residential neighborhood just go down to the marathon gas station and turn across the street from it. My appointment was for 10 AM. I checked in at eight and bills in my hand at 10:44. The lady in the girl house was really nice and the guy unloaded me was super cool.
Good company. They have overnight parking in front of the scale on left side. They are open at 7 am. Check in 7 am, appoitment 10 am, at door 8:30 am, 9:15am empty.
Monday - Thursday 0700 to 1500
Friday is 0700 to 1400, closed on weekends. Park on left and walk to guard shack and check in. Check in lady was nice.
My appt was for 0900 the day before and it wasn't properly rescheduled but they still worked me in. Mind you they go by appt time and if they are busy then working you in might not be possible because the line can get long. I deliver dry van with class 3 (cans) and they will send you to dock 2. You'll have to back up off the scale and make a right to get to dock. Easy backing just watch for traffic. You can also sweep your trailer if you have your own broom when you're finished. Watch for debris on the ground as you drive.
One of these places, tells you how strict they are on their appointment times like their time is valuable them makes you sit and wait till they are ready. Drivers are people, we got families waiting at home for us, not cool you can not run your " strict" schedule.
very nice place. friendly staff. gave a dock right away and started unloading. make sure you have long pants and closed shoes. the yard is clean enough for such a place. thanks for the work.
Good people. Be prepared for long waiting. Park on the left side of the road an bring paperwork to the security office. The portable dock is a little tricky.
If you are an owner op I would not come here metal pieces everywhere on the ground but they do have overnight parking by the entrance on left side and people are nice
After pulling out i found a big piece of scrap in my trailer tires after rubbing it with my gloves. Saved my ass.... but they did damage my trailer and owned up to it right off... made a report and all... good people here...
This place is a joke 2 hours waiting to unload as a dump and still waiting that said I have been to alot of real alloy locations and never been there over 30 min

I had a 10am appt. I got here @ 845 it was about 3 trucks in front of me. I get checked in & the lady say she gone call me when its a dock open. Its a line of trucks behind me. I see a couple of trucks get out of line & go ahead to the dock. I asked the lady about it& she said he got different material than me. I did'nt get to the dock til 1235. So, whats the point of having an appt. If its FCFS?? I highly recommend other truckers to STAY AS FAR AS POSSIBLE FROM THIS PLACE.
Park on the left before entering. Walk down to guard house to check in. Turn cb to ch 5. Wait for further instructions. Unloading isn’t not bad. Dry van delivery for me.
It doesn't worth it to come here. So many risk to your tires because they never clean the area and there is too many nails and aluminum that can damage your truck or trailer. Also once they unload the truck, they won't clean it, they left my trailer like a mess inside, too many pieces of aluminum that it's really hard to clean. My driver arrived first thing in the morning, so they unloaded him really quick, nothing to claim about it.
If you want to go here, be aware.
You may have flat tire here better not to come very long line and extremely slow unloading
They stop at 2 pm receiving and also they work by appointment
Horrible place. Truck in front of me didn't even make it to the dock and his steer tire was off the rim. Checked my tires over on the way out and found a large bolt & some other pieces. @ the TA now and they're saying I might need a new tire. Only positive is that it was fast unload.
Came here for a live unload. Got me in and started unloading right at my appointment time. Docks weren’t that tight even w/ a broken down truck in the way & tandems as far back as TN allows.
