My car had to be towed from the park where it broke down to my place. The company was able to get my car to me in a very timely manner! The gentleman was very friendly. Made sure it was placed where I needed it, and was a pleasure to work with. Very fairly priced as well! Hopefully we don’t have to utilize their services again, but should we need to, we know who we will be calling!
I call 7-24/4 other towing companies and got no answer (on Sunday) Called Norton and he was at my house in 15 mins! Had my truck loaded in no time and delivered in the spot I asked. Will definitely be using for future use.

I had a fantastic experience with Norton Tow Truck Company in Strawberry Plains! The driver was courteous, friendly, and arrived incredibly fast. Not only was the service top-notch, but the price was the lowest in the area by far. It's rare to find someone this reliable and affordable. I highly recommend Norton to anyone in the area.

Called 5 local company’s and nobody would help tow me on Saturday. Nortons answered, no questions asked and towed my boat to the dealership in an emergency. These guys are second to none and go above and beyond. I couldn’t recommend them more. Don’t waste your time with other towing company’s Nortons will take care of you no questions asked!
Broke down on Christmas Eve headed home, every towing place i called was 300$+ & 3 hr + wait due to the holiday. Charlie answered the 1st phone call and immediately said he was on his way, gave me an extremely fair price for the holiday and him and his granddaughter arrived within 30 minutes. Called practically every tow/wrecker business around. All said 'No' or we were in queue. Waited for 4 hours for AAA, and they said we had another 2 to wait. Great man he and his team were great and everyone was patient with me and were very helpful and sweet people they were really fast he told me that it would be about 30-45 minutes and It felt like maybe 15 minutes and he was there 🤞🏾hopefully I don’t have to call them again but if I do have to call for a tow I will absolutely call Norton’s thank you all so much for everything 🥰
Wow amazing service. They were professional and quick to respond and they gave a military discount. We were 263 miles away from home and they came to the rescue.God bless them.
I would highly recommend this company. After midnight, when all other Dandridge towing/wrecker services ignored our repeated calls - in spite of their websites stating they're open 24 hours, Norton's answered our first call and arrived in less than 30 minutes. Considering the circumstances, it was a great experience.

Norton's Towing did an excellent job at moving my truck from Morristown to New Market. The cost of the move was more than fair. The owner of the company was more than helpful in every way. He went out of his way to make the experience as easy for me as possible.

After being stuck at a gas station a hour away from our cabin for almost 4 hours I found the number for norton's towing online and I am very glad we did. Charlie went above and beyond for my family that night. Once he realized we were stranded there, he called his wife to give us a ride to the nearest hotel and stayed with us until she arrived so we weren't sitting at the gas station alone in the dark. I honestly cant thank him enough for helping us out that night!

They were on the double about getting out to us, to the benefit of our wallet we got into the vehicle just before they arrived. I explained the situation to the dispatcher and they kindly told us to take care. Even though they were unable to service us you can tell they are professionals.
