I was cheated when I went there I looked at the scales and I had 3000 pounds of scrap metal they paid me for 1700 pounds I had 80 pounds of aluminum got paid for 24 pounds they only gave me 10 dollars for a aluminum 20 in rim I'll never go back there all I can say is watch your weight when you go there

I find it funny, after as many years as I've done business here. One confrontation with Miguel, over him, "not getting paid to work until close." Nobody comes to help unload my haul, but 3 guys come out of the wood work, with knee pads on and mouths open, ready to unload anyone else, only to use a machine to get it unloaded. Sad business practices...
This is review is not about the companys service. It’s about that owner. We were stranded along the road at a business. We where traveling thru Tennessee, my husband needed help working on our granddaughter’s car. Mike offer to helped. He put the serpentine belt on and refunded any payment. Mike gave Gary his card in case we needed more help while we where in the area. Mike said that is how things are done in Tennessee. We are so grateful for his help and arrived home to Iowa with no more problems. Thank you so much
The younger man we spoke with initially is the only reason I’m not giving a 1 star, purely because he was respectful and nice. Other than that this place is a rip off. His pricing isn’t fair at all and is actually way lower than other places. There’s not really any help in where you’re supposed to go or with unloading. We definitely won’t come back to this one.
They always are nice they are always paid me right all guys r good people and if u had a recycling center to close down u would close scales 15 min early to be cause people like me and u pull in 20 till 5 then take till 530 to get out gate thes guys are ready to go home to ther family just u would be if u worked a job so uwould u do the same if u ran this place Kevin and Danielle if u done like the way they do it drive Morristown crusher 40 more miles up road
I wouldn't give them a star they burnt me pretty good I brought a car an just a good load of scrap the guy that waid my aluminum an stainless an brass said it was all cans an it was mostly cast aluminum car parts that had any thing that wasn't aluminum removed from them an same for stainless when I said those aren't cans he suddenly didn't speak English so I guess I'll never go back there good luck an godbless.
This place will rip you off!! The price for aluminum cans was 96 per pound they took my cans paid me 50 cents a pound and put on paperwork cans were dirty which they were not. When I called he said that's what they pay for all cans. This place is five minutes from my house but I will drive past them to one further away on principle. Took the rest of my cans to sa recycling in Knoxville they pay 94 cents a pound made double my money!!

I showed up friday and saturday 15 minutes before they closed turned me away both days told me they were closed and very rude.if I could have got there earlier i would have.maybe they shouldnt say they close at 2pm. When they actually close when ever they want to. I KNOW ITS A JUNK YARD BUT BEING Courteous to Your Customers should be the number one rule
called for copper prices got $.2.85 for #1 on Thursday went Saturday they dumped all my copper into a basket that already had copper in it
i asked how would i know my real weigh they said it was already weighed so i don't know if i got the right weight or not then i just got $1.95 a pound yea its my fault for not checking with them before i unloaded i will never go back there again the lowest copper prices i found that day was $2.40
They are nice but, they dont pay any more than what most pay. I drove from Knoxville to them and they payed no more than local Knoxville recyclers. If your closer to them go for it but dont make an extra drive imo.
