My passenger side back window "exploded" while driving on I 24 to Atlanta - around 3:30 pm on a Thursday. Angel was able to secure the replacement glass and get it installed by 7 pm. He and his team were awesome, keeping me informed throughout the process and doing an outstanding job for a reasonable price. Could not have asked for more!
We had a great experience with American Auto Glass when we needed to have our Subaru Outback windshield replaced. Angel was super responsive and his communication was great throughout the entire process, including when the techs would be to our home and where they were in the process. The technicians arrived on time and were very friendly and professional. The windshield was replaced in under an hour. After making calls to several businesses, American Auto Glads was the most fairly priced and was able to get to us within 24 hours. We highly recommend them for your glass needs.
Angel and his team went above and beyond and got out the same day to fix my windshield so forever grateful I have used him in the past and he has always been really great. I highly recommend.!!!!
All of the staff was very friendly and got the job done quickly for a low price. Mr. Rafael was who fixed my window and did an amazing job for sure. Very pleased with my service.
Guys were great. Let me come out on a Saturday which was more convenient that trying to take off work through the week to get it done. Windshield was leaking out of grab handles on my f250 from a leaking windshield seal. The glass cracked trying to remove, they replaced windshield with oem superduty one per request and resealed windshield. They had found some rust from where it was leaking. They fixed it and sealed it back up. No more windshield leaks making water drip from grab handles. Got it done in about a hour and half start to finish including going and getting new windshield. Also fixed rear view mirror as it would shake going down road at no charge. Couldn’t be happier. Highly recommend. Don’t look further and just trust these guys and give them a shot over your larger window companies. Repair cost for oem was right around $500. Which I feel was very reasonable out the door pricing.
My driver's side window had been smashed earlier this month, and I didn't find out until I got back to my car right before midnight. I knew quite a few places would be closed at that hour, but I noticed AMERICAN AUTO GLASS was open throughout the entire day/night. I called and spoke with Angel around three o'clock that morning, and he had his technician, Raphael, arrive at my house a little after ten o'clock in the morning. Raphael was able to replace my window in roughly forty-five minutes, and he and Angel both were great to work with. Would highly recommend them to anyone else who reads this review!
These guys did a great job. They came out to my place of work and got a replacement done on my windshield in less than an hour. We were able to make a quick and easy exchange on service, and they were as timely as can be with responses. The price they quoted me on was very generous. I would recommend to give them a try.
I called this company on a Saturday night at 7 PM. Angel was very polite and informative of the process and pricing which was very reasonable. We scheduled an appointment for Monday at 10 AM. The technician came to my job, was on time, very pleasant, and had the job done in 30 minutes. I recommend this company to anyone who needs glass work on their car .

We were in Brentwood, TN to celebrate someone’s birthday. The window of our vehicle got broken out by thieves. I called around on a Saturday morning to see who could replace and install a window. American Auto Glass was over an hour away from our hotel but someone came and completed the job thoroughly and timely. With it being a Saturday and with all the traffic, the gentleman communicated with me while he was on his way to us, which I greatly appreciated. The photo is a before the window was replaced.
They did an awesome job . They came to me very quick and did the job less than a hour . They were also super friendly I would highly recommend them to everyone .
My car’s passenger window was damaged last week during the famous car break-in around Nashville. Angel and his team were very helpful. Came to my place and replaced my car and my partner's SUV broken windows. Fast workers and extremely kind. They work things with you and do their best to make you happy during a difficult situation.

To start things off, I want to note that I am visiting downtown Nashville, TN while raining, so this job was required to be under shelter. They had no issue with meeting us in a parking garage lot to keep the vehicle dry. They were very willing to meet our location needs in general!
The job had the quickest turnaround I've experienced in a long time. The materials they used were professional grade and they were careful and precise with every step they took.
