Titans came and got us on the side of the road at 6:30pm on a Sunday , they said it would take 30 minutes it took 30 minutes , when the gentleman got out of the car they got straight to work and had us back on road in 3-5 minutes tops I am extremely grateful for their prompt response and assistance

I can’t say enough of good things about this company. They were so supportive and so kind and walked me through every step of the way from you know finding out where I was at cause I was out of state and unsure of where I was to actually coming and picking up the car delivering it to the Repair place and then dropping us off at the hotel every step of the way these people went out of their way to make sure that we were well taken care of, and I can’t thank them enough

I was super sad, overwhelmed, and scared when my car died. I called and they came in 25 minutes. The guy was so so nice, and waited with me until my ride came. He talked with me about maybe what was wrong with my car. I appreciated how nice he was because I had been crying. He was swift in what he was doing but mostly I noticed he kind of cared about my position. Highly recommend ❤️
Got my car stuck in some mud tonight while trying to park offroad. After realizing I'd need a wrecker to pull it out, I reached out to Titan Towing and within 15 minutes a truck was on scene. They answered right away, on a holiday weekend, were able to get to me within 30 minutes for a very reasonable price and then when we ended up being able to remedy the situation not requiring a tow they were kind and gracious enough to not charge for the tow even though they were already in route. This is a level of care and customer service that is rare nowadays! I will absolutely use Titan Towing in the future for any needs, great customer service as well as quality, understanding humans!
These guys met us at 10:45 PM on a Saturday night in Nashville to transport our disabled SUV to the shop after it left us stranded on West End. They put our keys in the Dropbox at the shop for us and everything. They were prompt and professional. I highly recommend Titan Towing.
