My Husband was in a wreck and admitted to the hospital and I went to retrieve his phone and some daily medication from the truck. I called before hand and asked what I needed and they told me so off on the hour drive but once I got there it was a different story. Basically refused to allow me to the vehicle. The girl up front was rude and didn't look like she enjoyed her job and taking it out on customers. Would not recommend this company for anything!!!!

Rudest company I have ever dealt with. Each person that answers the phone has different answers to the same question. They all have a horrible attitude and are very disrespectful.

Beware!! Beware!! Beware!! Can’t speak for the other locations but the one on Old Hickory! Do not let them touch your property!! I had my car towed by them for a wreck. I removed most of the things but I let it slip to not grab my $165 Burberry cologne and garage door opener. Wrecked Friday asked to come get my stuff Saturday was told nobody is at the location. Sunday was told they were closed so was able to go by Monday. Lo and behold my cologne is missing and so is my garage door opener. I wrecked on the way to work right after using both so know they were in my car. I told them my things were missing they gave me an email to a woman they say handles these things. Well the email doesn’t even exist. Ultimately i should have removed everything. But want to let others know to be cautious

I see a lot of bad reviews and am really shocked. I had a very positive experience with these guys. Mr Larry went above and beyond to help me out. I had to be towed to the Volvo dealer. He could have simply said see ya. He made sure that my company was taking care of me and getting a hotel lined up. He didn’t leave me stranded like my own company did.

Went to get m my girlfriend‘s property out of her car and there is a big tall white man ogre looking who was rude seemed to me that he didn’t want to work threaten to literally throw me out the lot because he continued to talk shit to me as I was just trying to get my girlfriend‘s property out This is the answer I get clearly my gf was with me and we had all the proof that we own the vehicle. Yall honestly run a very poor business! You wanna make excuse like it’s policy to be rude to ppl or not allow them to get all the property. What yall fail to realize I have a video of that ogre threatening and I’ve also talked with a lawyer. You might want to take some of these reviews seriously I’ll be seeing yall again shortly this time with a lawyer in hand.

⭐ 1 Star I’m the lien holder and went to pick up a vehicle with cash in hand. The process should have been simple, but the office kept changing requirements and made it very difficult. Medina did not seem like he even wanted me to pay and pick up the vehicle, and he was rude and unhelpful. The yard worker, however, was polite and professional. I would not recommend this towing company.

the old black man should retire he was very nice but he forgot so much stuff while towing my van he forgot to un hook straps and was yanking my van to drop and it was moving nowhere for the last 20 minutes until i finally decided to say hey you ain't unplug this strap bro so yea 1 start for that

They were very rude. I was in a car accident, dealing with a hard time. I was simply asking for basic human empathy, and they did not offer that. I showed up to collect stuff out of my vehicle and they took forever to see me, as the person at the front counter kept saying they would be with me in a minute and they were sitting there staring at their phone. If I could rate zero stars, I would. One star because they did tow the car and eventually let me get my stuff.

Whoever was working this morning sounded like she was having a miserable day. Lady who answered the phone had an attitude the second she answered. Also, why don’t they have people working on site? Google says there open from 7-6 so why isn’t there always somebody inside? Either way whoever answered the phone at 11:47 sounds like she has a miserable life at home. ??

I had a very disappointing experience with Cotton's Towing. They charged my bank account twice for the same service and promised a refund, but it has been over a month, and I still haven't received my money back. Every time I call to follow up, I get the runaround. The customer service is extremely unprofessional and rude. I've been hung up on multiple times and put on hold for far too long without any resolution. I would not recommend Cotton's Towing to anyone. Save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere!

The office customer service leaves much to be desired. Their systems are outdated, with authorization to release my car to the body shop needing to be done in person rather than offering a digital option. This caused me to make an initial trip to the yard (90 minutes round trip drive)- super inconvenient and unnecessary. In addition, because the office staff made an error, the key to the car was not sent with it when being transported to the body shop. The staff, completely unapologetic, offered zero assistance other than telling me I would need to pick up from them and bring the key to the body shop myself. This caused an additional 2.5 hours of driving for me. Thankfully, the other driver's insurance is covering all costs but if that was not the case, I would absolutely speak to the owner and request reimbursement for my (4 hours total) unnecessary drive time. Of note- Our tow truck driver was worthy of a 5 star review. He was kind and on the day of the accident, went out of his way to take me to my husband, who couldn't get to the accident site due to the traffic. The office staff could benefit from taking pride in their work as he does.

If I can put zero stars I would.. this is place is horrible with their service. Especially that front desk lady acting like she runs the pl when In reality she can barely run the front desk with respect! I would not recommend calling them for any towing they damaged my car while towing it and then want to ask for 600 dollars for less then 24hrs. I would not call this pl for any of my towing needs. Worst experience ever.

Excellent service; fast; affordable. I was stranded on I 65 with a blown out tire At midnight on a weekend and you guys came and got me back up on the road. Thank you so much for being courteous and kind. Sam did a great job.

Exceptional Service! The driver was a true professional in every aspect. Not only did she arrive when expected, but her expertise and courtesy made a stressful situation much easier to handle. Her efficient and careful approach in towing my vehicle was truly commendable. Her friendly demeanor and willingness to go the extra mile truly stood out. I highly recommend this company simply because how pleased I am with the customer service experience the driver provided.

I’m a 35yo woman who was stranded in the heat with my 4yo daughter. We got a tow and ride. Our driver made me very comfortable and was extremely kind to my daughter - she even had fun. I can’t imagine this situation going any better. He was wonderful.

They were suppose to be there at about 11:55 but they got there after 12:30. He was coming to change a tire yet he did not bring a jack or any tools. He had to use mine. Then he said that the problem was is that one of the studs was broken on my tire. That’s why he could not get the lug nut off. He tried to blame the shop who rotated my tires last on it. Until I asked my nephew to see about putting my lug nut on, did I notice the stem was broken on the inside of it. GEICO called them for roadside but I will let GEICO know also . My nephew is trying to get the broken part of the stud out of the lug nut so that I do not have to buy a new set of locks for my car. But he was unable to. That’s why there is a hole in the picture I will be contacting Geico as soon as possible about this matter as well. I will have to pay to have that replaced and fixed so I believe that this company is responsible for fixing it or paying for it to be fixed. The technician himself was very nice. I have no complaints about him. In particular he was nice, but he still told a lie and tried to blame a mistake that he made on someone else.

If i could rate in the Nagatives, i would.......Terrible customer service. They were over 30 minutes late to come pick up my car off the side of the road, i not only put in the correct address on my insurance app but also double checked with the tow guy when i was with him on the location i wanted my car towed to. They took it to a different location and blamed it on my insurance the location being wrong (when i know it wasnt plus i double checked with the guy before i even left him with the car to take) they got to the wrong location and they said they were turned around (obviously because thats not the place i told u to take it!!!l) instead of calling me, they took it to their lot and told me id have to pay out of pocket for them to send it to the correct location and id be charged even more if it was left over night (it wasnt). I had to pay it almost 200 bucks!!! And the guy i spoke with on the phone with an accent was extremely rude and was extremely pushy and rushed everything almost like he had better things to do then help me. It took forever. I called them around 7 in the morning and my car didn't get to its correct destination till 4 something in th3 afternoon!!!! Will definitely NOT be using them again.... ?

Our SUV broke down in McMinnville. Called Geico, they sent a tow truck from Nashville. The tow driver was so nice! He drove a long distance to get to us but had our car on the roll off in no time. We rode in the tow truck with him & enjoyed nice conversation on the way to the repair shop. He drove carefully in the severe thunderstorm and got us safely to the shop. I forgot to ask his name but he is so considerate. I highly recommend this tow company & the nice older gentleman that helped us.

Blew a tire on I-40 in Nashville. Called to get it towed and they were there quick. The driver was awesome. They were very helpful in assisting us quickly. Saved their number in my phone Incase I ever need another tow.

Only dealt with the company shortly during an insurance claim(or there may have been a better rating), but Alexis and Gabby were very nice and helpful even with me being stressed out of my mind. Thank you both!

The lady at the front was very rude when your in a car accident you don’t have the proper stuff because it was in the car she assumed we were goin to strip the car down told us multiple times we couldn’t take anything else other then personnel belongings like we’re some kinda theifs we were in a bad accident I don’t understand why ppl have no compassion anymore towards others guy who towed it was nice as can be but some ppl need to learn to think before they speak if I’m black and blue do u really think I’m about to steal speakers and things out of a torn apart car keep judging lady and on top of all that had no clue where the keys were to the car tried to say we had them when I gave them to the driver smh

Just think they could have worked with us better being we had to make an extra trip of 200 miles to get the paperwork they said they had to have. They clearly saw it was registered to me thru a database and I knew the VIN and had several IDs. Price was ridiculous to. $250! For a few mile tow. But the girl was nice and I know just doing her job as instructed by the owner.

The lady who answered the phone was a pleasure to deal with. She even offered me other suggestions to save me money instead of having to be towed my first option. Matt was my driver. He was very compassionate about my situation and did everything he could to make the issue at hand a little easier. He offered me a drink and helped me all the way through the process. Very cool guy and very professional and efficient at his job. I'd definitely use this company again... Thanks Cottons!!!
