I only gave one star because I couldn't leave a review without it. We have called and spoken to these people multiple times in two days. Every time we called, we were told someone would be there in 30 to 45 min. Last we were told they would be there to get our broken down vehicle at 10am this morning. After multiple calls and even a call from the Lexington Police, this service never showed up. To current said vehicle is still where it broke down. Finally had to call someone else. Not very professional for a business. Would not recommend.

I can’t thank Lexington Towing enough for the incredible help they gave me late at night when my car broke down in the middle of nowhere. It was past midnight, I didn’t know who to call, and I was completely stranded — but they answered right away and treated my situation with genuine care and urgency. The dispatcher was polite, reassuring, and made sure I felt safe while I waited. That kind of professionalism and compassion really stood out. The driver arrived faster than I expected, and he was so friendly and calm that it immediately eased my stress. He carefully checked my car, explained everything clearly, and made sure I was comfortable before towing it. You could tell he truly cared about doing the job right — he even offered to help me find a nearby repair shop and waited until I got a ride. It’s rare these days to find people who go above and beyond just because they care about their customers. Lexington Towing is hands down one of the most reliable and professional services I’ve ever dealt with. Their punctuality, friendliness, and genuine concern for customers’ safety make all the difference. If you ever find yourself stuck or in a tough spot, these are the folks you want to call. True kindness still exists in this world. We were driving home from Houston to Nashville and at 2am in the morning, our car just started pouring out gasoline from underneath. We were stuck in the boonies with 2 dogs, a kid and a baby with all hotels fully booked and no Ubers able to take us home. We were 2 hours away from home. Lexington Tow came and picked up the car. But what's amazing is that without us even asking, Vik offered to come back, drive us home, with his personal vehicle, 2 hours away to Nashville at 4am in the morning. He did not ask for a single cent. He just wanted to make sure my family was safe. If it wasn't for the authentic altruism and kindness from this good Samaritan, we would probably have had to sleep outside a closed gas station overnight, with a baby and a kid. Kindness still exists...and I didn't realize I would find it in the middle of nowhere in rural America. As a big city folk, I am blown away and this experience has changed the way I look at the world.

The owner went the extra mile to see that I was worry free at a time of desperation. Even book my hotel!! Went as far as delivering my vehicle to my door 150+ miles from the incident. Very knowledgeable in the field, a considering of my needs . Thanks Vic!!!

I highly recommend Lexington Towing & Recovery. We were stuck on the side of the road with a tire blowout and had been waiting for triple A for over 2 hrs. I googled the nearest tow services near me and Lexington was readily available and made it to us within 25 mins. We are now safe and awaiting the tire shop to open tomorrow so I can continue my trip home. The tow driver was a life saver tonight . Monday September 1st 2025 @9:45pm

I was very impressed with the driver that brought me and my patriot home today after having a double tire blow out on the passenger side. He even bought me a Gatorade because it was hot and he was concerned about me not getting heat stroke.

10 stars needed! Lexington Towing went over & beyond helping me last night. I was in an extremely dangerous position; alone, with a completely flat tire, @ 9:30 pm on the narrow shoulder of I-40, in a rural area, completely dark & scared. After 30 min of trying to get my insurance to help, with them saying it will take 2-6 hour for someone to help me. I called Lexington Towing @ 10pm. He was calm, walked me through sending him my location & within 40 min he had my SUV on the jack changing my tire. He made sure I was safe. He was efficient & polite. Also, even though it was 11:30 pm, he took the time to put my flat tire up under my Expedition instead of inside of my SUV. My worried husband was very relieved when I finally got home safe at 1am. I am grateful!

Best towing experience ever! I had no idea as to how things worked but I was contacted almost immediately after contacting the rental car agency. Everything was explained to me and it happened just like I was advised. The vehicle was dropped off and the driver helped me get my things out of the vehicle and was very kind and courteous. Absolutely the best towing company around. I would recommend anyone to call them if you're ever broken down. The gentleman was very nice and told me what was wrong with my car. I hope I never have to use them again but if I do I know who to call.

I highly recommend this company. Excellent service. Driver Krishna was very courteous as well as knowledgeable. He stopped to assist me as a good samaritan. The tow truck company from Geico was more than an hour away. Krishna said he would take me to the nearest service station, put my vehicle on his truck and did so. He said he stopped to help as I was in a dangerous location on the highway at 9PM at night and am elderly. After he got me there safely he waited and made sure my vehicle started and that I would be able to get home before he left. This was in Arizona where he was delivering vehicles from Tennessee and Tucson Arizona. After all this he refused any kind of Payment even a tip. A great asset to the company as well as a wonderful human being. His family should be very proud of him.

Vic saved our butts! We were moving and got our moving van stuck in the yard. He showed up in 20 minutes and got us out and gave us a plan on how to safely get out of the driveway. I can’t believe the timeliness, friendliness, and efficiency. Highly, highly recommend!!!

Unreliable, had to call a second tow truck company as Vicky could only drive me 10 feet at a time without his own tow truck breaking down. On top of charging me too much for an incomplete service, waste of of my night, but thankful for the second tow truck company.

I travel across the state of TN for work, ended up broken down near lexington. These guys got me home to Clarksville and were a pleasure to deal with. If I'm ever in need in the area, I'd call again. Showed up in 15 minutes and drove me 2.5 hours ram 2500 pickup towed no issue.

Waited 4 hrs for a pre scheduled pick up by AAA and they still didn't show. Called this company and in 9min he was at my car loading it up. Amazing service and the driver was A+ as well. Is the only tow company I'll ever use.

Exceptional service! My car did an auto lock with the keys in. They came and rescued us in less than 20 minutes. The gentleman was in my car in under 60 seconds and I am highly impressed. Thank you again for checking up on us afterwards too!!!!

Victor was my driver. He was quick to pick me up, respectful, and very thoughtful. Besides I needed my truck towed home, my battery died then he offered to come back and jump start my truck when that wasn’t part of his job. I highly appreciate him and recommend. Plus the best price in the area! 10/10!
