This is the best towing service around West TN!!! Jack took care of my daughter tonight After she slid in a small ditch in her brand new car on the back road in Lexington, leaving work! Jack was so polite and professional! Jack also saw how scared And distraught my 20 year-old daughter was And pulled her car out of the ditch! Free of charge!! Little did Jack know that our family had lost our Aunt early this morning, And that our day had already been a very stressful day with the loss of our Aunt! Especially in the world that we live in today tonight showed me that There are still people in this world who instills empathy!! Thanks you Jack and God Bless!??❤️
I’ve had experience with this company and I strongly recommend staying away. The owner does not keep his word. He pretends to be a reasonable person, doesn’t name a price upfront, and then writes up whatever invoice he wants. He even says, ‘I could have charged you much more but I wrote what I wrote,’ and basically blackmails you. Never trust this company.
Honestly great people from start to finish.. Josh the driver who assisted me in towing my vehicle was absolutely amazing he was super friendly, quick, and efficient. Thanks Josh
Update: I had to call on Minor’s once again they sent Josh right back out which was definitely a plus he was there in less then 30 min.

They also offer fair pricing, but price doesn’t matter when you receive friendly services.

I broke down on I-40 and wasn’t able to get very far off on the shoulder. Traffic was rather heavy and Nick Wall came to the rescue. The response time was rather quick and he was very calm even though traffic was flying by. I was given very professional roadside help and towed to a dealership in Jackson Tennessee. I highly, highly recommend calling this towing service for prompt and professional towing! Thank you for making a stressful day much better!
Very crooked towing company. They chose not to be open on Saturday or Sunday but still charge you $40 a day. So $80 for the weekend. Hours are 8-5 so you have to take off work to get your vehicle. They’re very proud of the law that allows them to screw people over. So much they have penal code memorized allowing them to not be required to be open yet charge you $80 more. The law enables them to rob people.
My wife had a fatal accident and our vehicle was at minors.... im sorry i forgot your name but the lady that helped me today when i went to get personal items, godbless you. That hug and hope helped me get through seeing the vehicle for the first time. Thank you.....
My dad had a pretty bad bike accident a few weeks back and had to be airlifted. Minors picked up his bike. I couldn't pick it up right away because I had to be at the hospital with him, but I stayed in contact with Minors and they were very understanding and friendly, and seemed genuinely concerned about my family and myself. I would absolutely recommend them.
Nick and his crew are a class act. From the the time I met them (broke down on interstate) they made me feel like family and helped us get on our way and watch over our truck until we get things figured out. If you are in this area, call these guys first. You will not be disappointed.

I got my truck towed by there guys. Not only did they take 5 hours to arrive after she told me 40 min. They guy disconnected the brakes and and left my driveshaft hanging off the truck. I told him to come back and put it back and he said he would charge me extra to do that! Ridiculous and super unprofessional.
They was fast getting to where I was at. Jacob definitely knew what he was doing. He never complained about getting out on Christmas Eve. I would definitely recommend Minors towing to anyone that needed wrecker service
10 STARS!!! Did some shopping at Walmart in Lexington ...and when I came back out my pickup truck would not start. I have roadside service on my insurance but they could not come out right away... said it would have to be Monday????... it happened on a Saturday evening. So I called a few different towing companies and they were all rude and expensive. Then when I got a hold of this one the gentleman named Josh he was friendly on the phone and actually cared! He came and towed my vehicle to my home... he was a total gentleman! To be honest his price was almost as high as the others but his friendliness on the phone made all the difference... so I saved a few bucks and enjoyed the ride home because of his courtesy. Hats off to whoever owns this company they have a good employee with Josh!
Update: I tried everything and couldn't get my pickup truck fixed so I called minors again and Josh came out and towed my vehicle to a shop in Lexington.
I rode with him to the shop just to make sure my pickup truck would be safe and locked. I had to spend a little extra money to get a ride back home but it was well worth it. I cannot say enough good things about this company! I am very impressed and I think you will be too if you need them give them a try. The lady on the phone was also very polite I must add! This time.

our work truck broke down heading home to Texas just east about 1 hour away from Jackson Mississippi. Needed to get it towed and after calling different companies this was the only company that could get to us in a timely matter in the middle of the night.
Jay went out of his way to get us towed and even dropped us off at a hotel for the night and towed our vehicle the next morning.
He helped us get our stuff out of our vehicle and get situated after we dropped off the vehicle.
Really recommend this company very professional and respectful.

I don't really know what the bill will be but was trying to change me $200 to tow me 5 miles to my house after I flipped my truck in creek and sence I couldn't pay didn't have any money and no phone with number to call anyone have taken my truck to God knows where and will charge God knows what we'll see in the morning but don't really look good for sure
They towed my truck like 10 miles and charged me over 5000 for it. Charged me 250 for 2 bags of oil dry. Also charged me for 3 people to show up. One be I ng the owner and he just was watching. Called these guys at 315 they showed up about an hour layer and left the area by 5. They charged me 5 hrs. There is no way that took 5 hours to go 10 miles. STAY AWAY FROM THIS NEW OWNER TOW COMPANY. HE JUST TOOK IT OVER AND HE IS TRYING TO ROB EVERYONE HE TOWS.
We have a local fleet of trucks and anytime we have one down, Minors is always a quick response time & courteous service. Glad to do business with them when we can.
My alternator went out near Lexington and called around to shops and was referred to Minors. I called my roadside assistance and set up everything and they called minors as well, so by the time I actually got to call them they already had my info and was awaiting on roadside to call back. Instead of waiting dispatch went ahead and sent the driver. We were loaded and on the way to the shop before everything was finalized on with roadside. It greatly saved me time on being stranded and allowed me to get my repair and back on the road with time to spare!
