I called and they answered. She said 30 minutes and it was less than 30 minutes. Professional and kind. She did what another company couldn’t and the other company left me stranded. I got the same woman with a rude attitude acting like she was mad that I called and complaining about what time I called when on the website it said they were open. Hung up in my face so rude. I'm going to call back in aggravate her like she aggravated me. When she answers I'm gonna lay my phone down and let her figure it out.
Horrible service, called them and the lady that answered was rude and aggravated that I even called. Hung up on me when she got mad and sent my number to voicemail every time after.
If I needed anything towed in this area, this is definitely who I would use. The owner took extra time to explain the situation and went above and beyond for us. If I could rate more than 5 stars, I would. Anyone that gives extra time out of their day to help you out like this is someone you want to do business with.
My roommate's truck was towed last weekend. We went to pick it up and when I asked for a receipt, the woman refused and flatly told me that the return of his truck was his receipt. She was quite rude after charging highway robbery prices.
Very Quick and Prompt Service. The entire Staff was Nice and Professional. They got us off the Road repaired our vehicle and had us back on our way in No Time.
Extremely professional quick and knowledge, as I traveled through the area and needed Towing I was nervous who to call glad I picked them!!! Ron and his company will always be my first call anytime I'm in need of any roadside needs as I travel this area
