Their prices are compared to the parts store you can buy a brand new alternator for what they want for a used one never have had luck from these people have never bought nothing either
Mr. DJ was a HUGE help and they accidently gave me the wrong part but he corrected it immediately and went to find the correct part himself. I am giving this place a 5 star purely because customer service is excellent and everyone in that office was very respectful and kind. The staff itself is deserving of a 5 star. Ordered a suspension control module from them from Ebay. When I opened the box it contained a filthy fuel control module for another vehicle. Raceway acknowledges they sent the wrong part, will not take the part back or issue a refund.
Very professional experience. They were able to put a rush on pulling my parts and have them ready the same day. They pulled the right parts, all of them were in working order, and for a great price.

I called to order a part for a customer. I was put on hold. So I hung up and called back. When the sales representative answered he did so rude and unprofessional manner. I was going to use them when I needed to find parts for my customers to sva them money. But I don't do business with companies that have rude and unprofessional staff. I understand people can have bad days but you don't treat customers rudely no matter how you are feeling. I will take my business elsewhere.
Unbelievable business practices. Found item on bay (back hatch chevy) says local pickup only. I drive 150 miles and arrive at open 08:00. They say it was flagged for damage but i cant assess it and they won't spare anyone to take a photo since I'm not allowed back in the yard. Basically I'm up a creek and I walk out to see there busy employees who couldn't 5 minutes to take my 700.00 bucks just sitting on a bucket or something hanging out. How do make money like this??? Dont post if you won't sell geez.

This company will bid on a part with 2 prices. per the insurance co we are required to pick the lowest price only to have them reject it. WHY WOULD ANYONE DO THAT. This requires us to create a supplement and resubmit this estimate. this is a 15 to 20 minutes i don't get paid for 10/6/25 today the were the lowest bidder again and tried to order the part with in minutes of the bid and it was rejected

I drove nearly six hours round trip to purchase a knee airbag for a 2018 Honda Odyssey . Unfortunately, the airbag was not properly removed from the donor vehicle and was damaged in the process. When I attempted to install it in my vehicle, I discovered it was defective. Considering the long distance I traveled, it is not practical for me to return and exchange the part. For this reason, I must leave negative feedback regarding this purchase.
Absolutely terrible place to do business with. I ordered a transmission on a Tuesday before Labor Day and was told it would be in Friday. I called Thursday evening and was told that I could pick it up the following day as I had been previously been told. I paid a gentleman to pickup the transmission for me as my truck was without a transmission. When we arrived Friday morning I was told the truck and broken down and the part wouldn't be in. I asked where the truck was and we may would go pick it up. The clown working the front desk said for all he knew it could be broken down in a field somewhere. I asked if they didn't have any tracking on a truck traveling 9+ hrs or had communication with the driver. I asked about the guarantee on having the parts on time as promised as it ran on a large monitor behind the clueless jerk working the desk. He said that there was nothing he could do. I asked to speak to a manager. The salesman that I bought the part from told me that they would deliver that part to my house the following Wednesday following the long weekend and would take $200 off. The part didn't arrive Wednesday so I called and was promised it would come Thursday. The transmission wouldn't come Thursday or Friday. Repeated calls I would be given the run around. Neither the salesman or the general manager would return my calls. After 10 days of being given the around I showed up with the authorities as I had paid for the transmission had been paid for in full. The salesman then informed the part and been " lost' and that they refunded my money the previous day after holding it for 2 weeks without at least a courtesy call. They don't stand behind their word or the guarantee they falsely display behind the counter. I would recommend you go anywhere but here. Horrible place to do business with.

I have been looking for a radiator for my Jaguar F-Pace 2.0 for over a month. I’m from California and not one dismantling yard from Long Beach down to San Diego had one. Four of my EBay orders for this radiator across the U.S. had been canceled for either extensive damage or they just didn’t have the radiator anymore. I spoke to Micheal at Raceway and in less than 5 minutes I had one heading my way. The entire transaction was easy and simple. If you can’t find something call them and ask for Micheal. He’ll make your day for sure!

I ordered a bumper for a 2017 Hyundai Elantra on 2/24 expecting to receive it on 2/28 in Clarksville, TN,. Unfortunately, it was a delay in shipping so I had to cancel the customer appt for 3/1. Michael informed me I would have it by 3/7 & I rescheduled customer for 3/8.
Fast forward to 3/6 Michael called me to let me know the Clarksville route truck broke down and they were unable to deliver my bumper. He heard the stressed in my voice because he knew my customer was driving 2 hours on Saturday for the repair. I asked if I could meet someone in Nashville. He put me on hold and spoke with Brian (shipping manager) together these guys had my bumper on another truck the next day without inconveniencing me!!!!!!!! I had one Happy customer on Saturday.

Excellent experience! Worked with Michael. I was looking for an obscure interior trim panel that most parts recyclers don't bother to inventory. Michael made the extra effort to go out to the lot, verify that they had the part, offered me a good price, then packaged it (very well) and shipped it the next day. Very pleased here. Jeff has been working with me and my car for over a month. He goes above and beyond to make sure you are completely happy. We purchased a warranty on a part and the company didn’t want to stand by it. Jeff did everything besides build me a transmission himself to make sure I got my replacement. I recently ordered a transmission with the one year warranty. I had it installed by a shop last week and picked it up Tuesday and now today (Friday) I couldn’t make it 5 minutes down the road due to it leaking an excessive amount of fluid. I parked it and called the shop along with raceway auto. I spoke with the man I ordered it through and he said he would speak with the shop I got the work done to file the claim then call me right back. Hours go by and I hear nothing back. I call raceway again to speak with the man and he had already left. I called the shop I got the work done at and he had never called them either. So he didn’t even bother to do anything about my situation. I understand that when buying used parts they may fail but it’s the fact that there is no communication what so ever. Now I’m just waiting and hoping that I will even be able to get my car fixed AGAIN. I won’t know anything until Monday when the guy I bought it through will be back in.
