Got in a wreck, was told the frame was bent and may not be able to be fixed. Dave took care of it, frame wasn't bent and he it cost me a good bit less than we thought it would. Highly recommend!
If you are in the Chattanooga area, and want A-class mechanical work done, then go here. They are known primarily as a body shop, but their under-the-hood work is the best I have ever seen. I turned my car in with a bad alternator, a drained battery, and an engine with a terrible knocking.
Almost needless to say, the car was on its last leg when I dropped it off. They managed to fix everything within a week. They had given me the option to have a rebuild on the engine, or have a replacement. We went with option two, and they replaced the engine, while retaining the other components of the vehicle (radiator, air induction, etc.)
Upon first inspection, everything looked nice under the hood. In fact, it looked better than before.
Then, I climbed into the vehicle, and turned the key.
The engine sounds brand new. There's the typical roar from the air intake - Otherwise, it would be whisper-quiet. I revved the motor up to seven rpm's, several times, just to test it. Yet, I could not hear any engine strain. As far as performance goes, the car pulls as hard as it did on the day I took it off the lot. Let's hope the car holds up, and from the sound of it, it's certainly doing better than it has in a very long time.
If you need major work done, be prepared to shell out. These guys are reasonable, but if you want good work, then you need to pony up as well. Maybe put in some overtime and make it happen. From the looks of the other cars, they appear to be good as body repair as well, but I can tell their mechanics do not mess around. Replacing practically half a car in a single weekend and making it purr like a new one is no small feat.
I highly recommend having your car worked on here.
