Great experience from the moment she answered to after my car was towed to the awesome shop (Apison Auto). Thatcher's went above and beyond to accommodate me, so helpful and saved me time and money. The price is great and the service is better. Thank you for coming to my rescue and everything. You've been amazing. It felt like asking a family friend for a favor. Giving 5 ***** stars. Was involved in an accident and he showed up before the police. The gentleman even waited for 45mins or longer for police to arrive tow fair was reasonably cheap. Extremely fast and responsive, and was extremely gentle with my car.
They arrived in about 20 mins and had my car started in 30 seconds (after another rescue service was not able to jump the battery even though he tried for 40 minutes because he had rinky dink equipment). Thatcher’s saved my day and got me back on the road!

I am a transport broker by profession i hired thatchers wrecker service today to load a car hauler with an inoperable suv they were super easy to work with on time professional and very reasonable will hire them if i ever need to in tennesee Great job guys
I needed help getting a rental cargo van out of the mud - in the rain, no less. The dispatcher was helpful and gave me information up front about pricing and wait time. The two employees that came were kind, worked quickly, and had a great attitude even though they were walking in mud in the rain. Would 100% use again (but hope I never have to).
My car died in the parking lot after I voted yesterday. I tried everything I knew to do and was unsuccessful in getting it started. This morning I called Thatcher and requested towing of my car directly to the repair shop. The arrangements were made in seconds, the price was much less than I expected and I was able to just leave the keys in it and they did the rest! I didn’t even have to be there. I was called as soon as the car was delivered to the shop and the shop confirmed it arrived in good condition. Couldn’t think of an easier, more hassle free solution to my troubles than this!
