Came just to see some trucks, ended up with a tour on Saturday. Shoutout to Mike Hatfield for the excellent customer service. Kind of guy everyone should want to have on their team.
very nyc staff all of them helpful, treat you very well allowed truck drivers to use their nice and clean washroom. Load trailer very nicely and carefully, love this place😊
Disgusting place for truck drivers who came here for cargo, I waited 8 hours to get this cargo on my step deck, other drivers waited longer than me, there is no organization of loading, avoid this place if you don't want to wait for a long time
Great place and is most definitely the leader in towing and recovery. You can find anything from parts and accessories up to massive rotator units. While you are on Google, go ahead and search for the Century M100 rotator. Very impressive!!
Came here to get a piece loaded going to TX. Turns out they didn't even have the piece and instead of telling me that and I get on with my day I sat for 2 hrs waiting and had to figure it out on my own that they had nothing and get dispatched somewhere else.
Very nice people will say the negative part tho I delivered here today they have stuff laying everywhere and it’s tight to get in not impossible but it’s tight not only do u have to watch out for forklift drivers u have to watch for everything laying around the docks it’s a mess other than that it’s a ok place
We weren't sure if we would be able to tour since we couldn't register online but they were very nice and allowed us to. Our guide was amazing and very knowledgeable! Hope to go again in the future and bring the family!!
Great experience I highly recommend coming here if your in the rowing game, it’s interesting how they are built and the process it goes their to be built. The employees here are very nice and love to take you they the tour.
Wow! This was the BEST customer service experience I've had in a long time. I live in Chattanooga where the Miller headquarters is located. I have a few tow trucks and needed to get some parts so I just drove over to pick them up. You need to understand that Miller is a company that does business worldwide so they have some pretty big customers. When I got there they made me feel like I was the most important customer they had. EVERYONE was warm, friendly and extremely helpful. I did not expect this level of customer service. I'd recommend Miller to anyone. Thank you Andy and everyone else I came in contact with that day. You really showed me that customer service is not dead in America, it's alive and well and lives at Miller Industries.
