My car ended up needing to be towed, and he made sure my child and I got out of our car and into the tow truck safely. After my car belt gave out around midnight, I had been waiting nearly 3 hours for AAA to finally send someone out, and they ended up calling Doug Yates Towing. That’s when Ethan came to the rescue. He called me right away, told me he’d be there in 45 minutes, and actually showed up even sooner. From the moment he arrived, he was extremely polite and professional. The first thing he did was ask my wife and me if we wanted to sit inside his truck so we wouldn’t be out in the cold, a small gesture that meant a lot after such a long night.
For someone so young, Ethan’s experience and confidence really stood out. He handled the situation quickly, safely, and made what could’ve been an even more stressful night feel manageable. I called yesterday evening to book a tow for my vehicle to bring it from a dealership in Chattanooga to a dealership in Canton GA.
They were able to book me for this morning. Chris, the driver called me this morning to give me a 20 minute heads up that he would be at the pick up location and then again to give me an ETA when he had my vehicle and was heading to the drop off location. I truly felt he went above and beyond and treated my vehicle like it was his own! The communication was amazing and my vehicle was dropped off exactly when he said he’d be there.
I have never experienced such reliable, punctual and courteous service with any other tow company before.
I would give them (and Chris the driver) 10 stars if I could!!!

Yates folks are all Real Pros! Don't like getting towed, but if you have to, I highly recommend Yates! I would also like to add, they have an auto repair service that is a 5-Star group of mechanics!!!
Ethan came today to rescue me my husband and 2 small children 6yrs and 3yrs from 75n from a blow out we was pulled over in a dangerous spot but he was absolutely amazing!!!! He was so polite respectful and extremely fast!! He explained everything perfectly. He called to let us know he was on the way then gave updates to how far he was he Was extremely friendly!! He got my Chrysler Pacifica up on his truck in no time!!! He made our very stressful day so much less of a headache!! I’m very thankful for him and his professionalism! The tech Big John, replaced my gasket on the tandem quickly and got me back rolling with minimal downtime and cleaned up the wheel before completing the job. Very professional & was a pleasure to speak with while trying to learn a few pointers during the job being performed. Would definitely recommend for repair needs & got here in a timely manner, all while making sure to keep in contact before arrival.
We had a breakdown of sorts in Cloudland Canyon State Park. Good Sam’s referred us to Doug Yates towing services. We scheduled a pick up that was convenient to us a few days after the incident. They were on time. Very polite and efficient. They kept us informed from the first phone call until pick up. I highly recommend this towing company.
Dallas has been a great help with the towing side of things for two cars, fast, responsive, professional, etc. Paul has been great on the mechanic side of things for the 1 car I needed fixed and got it done fast. Jason was super nice and helpful and seemed to genuinely care about my daughter's well being after her accident when I came to retrieve my daughter's stuff from her totaled vehicle. And the lady at the front desk was also very nice and helpful. I've been very impressed with the entire team at Yates. I won't use another tow company after all this. They know their stuff, they work fast and they seem to actually care, which is a nice bonus.

My driver was awesome! Super respectful and made sure my truck made it safely onto the tow truck with no further damage as my tire was almost off the rim. He went out of his way to place boards underneath the tire to ensure it made it on safely. I believe his name was Nathan or maybe Ethan? Anyways these people are great!
