Broke down 25 miles east of Chattanooga
They were there in an hour and a half, on a Saturday. Had us fixed and on the road by Tuesday. Excellent service and very friendly people. Little did we know we were taking care of by the best towing company around. Cool to find out about Doug Yates history.
Tow truck arrived quickly after the call was made. Hook up was very smooth and quick. The technician was very professional and confirmed all the information he had was correct including the drop location. He left no room for error. We had a breakdown of sorts in Cloudland Canyon State Park. Good Sam’s referred us to Doug Yates towing services. We scheduled a pick up that was convenient to us a few days after the incident. My driver was awesome! Super respectful and made sure my truck made it safely onto the tow truck with no further damage as my tire was almost off the rim. He went out of his way to place boards underneath the tire to ensure it made it on safely. I believe his name was Nathan or maybe Ethan? Anyways these people are great!
