  Great service that has the best interests of the customer in mind. I called Shackleford with a need and the owner asked for more information about the situation. After he had a sense of the problem, he talked me through how to take care of it myself so that I didn't need to pay for something I could just take care of on my own with a little know-how. That kind of service is rare these days!

  The professionalism and friendliness from the gentleman who took my call was a comfort when considering the situation I was in.   I was from out of town and traveling through the area when I had car trouble. Just googled a tow and called these guys. Dispatcher was nice, driver got there way faster than I thought he would. He was helpful with getting us to a shop that would fix the truck. Inside the tow was clean and neat. Very nice people and equipment.

  Extremely fair priced and professional. They towed my 2012 Tacoma from Hamilton Place area to where I needed and even held it til the business opened the following morning instead of dumping it off there overnight. Very pleased. I've dealt with many tow companies over last 20+ years and this was Top 2 in service fairness, efficiency, and professionalism.

  Everything was great... the price was good... the driver didn’t just drop my car off but he made sure it was parked correctly. He even came to pick the key up from me so he could move it... he was very friendly and engaged in conversation with my sons...   I've only been stranded on the road a few times, but this experience was by far the best! Their tow operator pulled up to get me within 20-30 minutes! Fast and extremely professional! I can't leave out what impressed me the most though; that is riding in a clean and comfortable truck! 5 stars just doesn't cover your services that you provide! Thanks again!
