I filed a lawsuit against this business and won. They DESTROYED my vehicle and admitted they tow all front wheel vehicles incorrectly. And since the lawsuit, ive had MANY people reach out to me letting me know Rodney Kilgore either destroyed their car, threatened them, or tried to beat them up.
Zachery Brown towed my car incorrectly and caused 4500 dollars worth of damage. I brought the attention to owner Rodney Kilgore. Instead of providing insurance information, him and his girlfriend Jill Nunley threatened me and harassed me. They called me at work cussing me out and said they were coming after me and to watch my back. I took him to court and won. 4 months later and he is still refusing to pay. Zachery Brown drove me alone at night, also. Which isn't unusual for a tow. But, he was texting women while driving. And despite me shooting down his advances multiple times, he stared at me while asking questions about what's under my clothes, demanded I save his phone number and then tried to press himself against me after dropping me off. HORRIBLE and DISGUSTING business. The court records are public. Feel free to look up the lawsuit
I am not sure who the owner is but first the dispatcher need to listen to the customer when they are talking and not be so rude. Secondly, they charged for several service call when the job was not complete. The first mechanic who came out the first time didn't fix the issue had to have him come back he still didn't fix the issue nor was he prepare with any tools or the items that was told that we need. This same mechanic kept going back and forth to the shop spending an ungodly amount of time at the shop then when he finally showed back up he spent 30 minutes working. Problem still not fix, mechanic left again then he didn't show back up at all. Had to call the shop again to find out what happen they sent another tech out, he was able to get the problem resolved and fix. The bill was outrageous and I would not recommend them at all for anything CALL SOMEONE ELSE. I should have read the other reviews first but was referred to them. If I could post 0 stars I would but you have to select at least one.
Shady business practices!
Being in an automobile accident is challenging enough but this wrecker service is awful. Insurance arranged a time for us to clear our belongings from our totaled vehicle but upon checkin in with Monteagle Wrecker Service, we were told we had to pay several hundred dollars before we could gain access to our vehicle. Our insurance company was already covering this. In addition, our vehicle was parked by Monteagle Wrecker Service in an open lot and several pieces of equipment were stolen from the back of our vehicle. Get it together MWS. You have issues.
Landon delivered myself, son, and vehicle to Atlanta safely and professionally. Your company should be extremely gracious for having him on the team. He knows those mountainous rds as he created them himself.
Helped me when I was broken down on a frozen shoulder on the highway with no other chance of help and called AAA. Tow truck driver was helpful, friendly and made a tough situation much easier. Would recommend 5/5 times.
Landon picked my car and I up when it popped a tire and was stuck at a gas station. He was very accommodating to my timing and delivered the car to the nearest mechanic without a scratch.
Monteagle Wrecker Services helped me out with a tow. The driver Landon was professional, helpful and drove me to my destination to get my car worked on. I appreciate the help.

TERRIBLE ABUSESIVE!!!! $588.11 FOR A 1 FOOT DIESEL HOSE. THE MECHANIC DIDN'T CHANGE IT, THE DRIVER DID IT AND THEY KEEP THE ORIGINAL HOSE. HE SAID HE LEFT IT IN THE SHOP BUT NEVER RETURNED IT.

Terrible experience with this business. The front desk receptionsist was very rude, unprofessional and not helpful during the entire transaction. They gave us the runaround about where the vehicle was located. Vehicle was not on their lot, the front desk staff member stated it was on their lot on Workman Road. When we requested to pick up from that location, she stated the owner did not want anyone to come to that location. We requested to have vehicle towed back to their lot and she got an attitude. Upon picking up the vehicle we figured out why we received such poor customer service. The vehicle had been stripped of the Catalytic converter and appearance changed as if they were planning to flip and sell vehicle. We contacted the police and filed a report, but of course still had to pay the expensive bill before retrieving. This place is suspect and we were lied to and deceived. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS BUSINESS!
They towed my truck after it broke down in the Interstate. It was a difficult situation but they did some great problem solving. The driver, Chris, was very professional and courteous and he recommended the best option for getting my truck fixed
The guy was amazing, we were in our rv and from South Dakota. The guy was super patient and educated us on what was wrong and how to fix it. As well as fixing it and giving educational advice for us on the road with an rv.
I highly recommend using Monteagle Wrecker Service. We used the Chattanooga location tonight and they did a great job. Very reliable and fantastic customer service. Tim was the truck driver for us and he was great. Good people all around. Rates were much better than everyone else we called. We'll be back if we ever need a tow again.
Horrible service. They forced me to pay 200 dollars because the driver was too incompetent to listen to AAA.
Edit: still a trash company that steals money from their customers; Sony use this service ever.
