Shady business practices! Being in an automobile accident is challenging enough but this wrecker service is awful. Insurance arranged a time for us to clear our belongings from our totaled vehicle but upon checkin in with Monteagle Wrecker Service, we were told we had to pay several hundred dollars before we could gain access to our vehicle. Our insurance company was already covering this. In addition, our vehicle was parked by Monteagle Wrecker Service in an open lot and several pieces of equipment were stolen from the back of our vehicle. Get it together MWS. You have issues.
John and Jessica helped us when our RV stalled. The two of them are saintly angels who restored my faith in humanity. 11/10, love these two!
