We’ve bought 5 freightliners from them and the warranty from dual tech is a joke they won’t cover anything that they didn’t do right to begin with. We won’t be buying anymore from them.
You won’t find more genuine, good hearted people in the business. Fantastic product with awesome customer service. If you want a quality rollback and a company that stands behind it, Dual Tech is the only place to go.
I was driving along I-20 when I pulled behind one of the trucks. Without warning, or need, the truck came to a full stop and nearly caused a pile up of cars. People were skidding behind me. There was nothing in front of him. I pulled into the lane to the right and the truck swerved into me to as if he wanted to force me off the road. I know this is a tow company, but is this the way they get business? By causing wrecks? I wouldn’t want my car on their tow!
We purchased a tow truck from them a few years ago and they have been extremely helpful to us as we encounter new questions about the truck. They stand behind their trucks and have great customer service! I would definitely go back to these guys for our future truck needs! Thanks Dual-Tech Team!!
Would give zero stars If I could, they said it would be finished the same day, it wasn't, said it was going to be a certain price and by the end it was about 2000 dollars above what they said, left the shop with 2 more problems and now finding out that they didn't even check something that was requested to be checked it and now it's leaking hydraulic fluid.
My bosses and I visited Dual Tech and had a great time. The staff was great and we are hoping to order a new truck from them soon. Thanks guys for showing us all the options.

Dual Tech is a family operated business. They treat their customers as part of the family. We have purchased many trucks from them through the years, beginning when they were in FL. We've also sent trucks to be revamped with new beds etc. They make the process simple and painless! We're proud to be part of the Dual Tech family!
We have bought over a 100 of these unit's a year over the last 3 years and know the in's and out's of the Dual-Tech product, we stopped selling a competitive product because of lack of support from the factory on Warranty items! We have had very few problems with the product and when a problem does arise the customer is taken care of quickly! Dual-Tech is a great product and a great partner for us in our business!!
Dual Tech is a great company with a great staff. They provide a quality bed and offer excellence service. I would highly recommend their product to anyone in the rollback and recovery vocation.

Dual-Tech beds are an outstanding product I've never had a problem getting anything I needed thanks to all at Dual-Tech for you support working with Terri was easy and pleasurable absolutely no issues here thanks again!!
We bought 5 of their trucks, 3 roll backs and 2 wheel lifts. we were having an issue with one of the wheel lifts. They actually sent 2 technicians from their facility in TN to us 45 min from chicago. While they were at our facility they looked over all our trucks. Customer service now a days seems to be all but non existant. i must say they stand behind their product and are always improving. They will put in a truck that was built poorly and incorrectly truck may have killed a driver if we didn't catch the problem stay away from dual tech customer service is not good either
John and the crew at Dual Tech have always been super easy to deal with and have great customer service. Have bought numerous trucks from them and will continue to do so in the future.
We called for parts on a Friday was told by the parts guy that we would have them on Monday. He gave us a tracking number . Needless to say our local post office checked it in Monday the parts were still sitting at dual tech . My husband asked for a overnight on Friday and was told they couldn’t because it wouldn’t fit in a envelope?? I called today and Jeff in parts said sorry it was a mistake the parts didn’t go out in the mail. So I ask for it to be overnighted had to pay 51.00 for that . Keep in mind these are just two pins no weight at all . Today all of sudden they could be overnighted because it was before 10 am . We called back to speak with Ben (management )he was going to find out what happened and call us back . Then he had the same guy in parts that messed up call back . Ben wouldn’t even take the time to call and explain anything or knowledge their mistake. Why do we have to pay for there screw up? Don’t tell your customer you have taken care of something you haven’t. 50 .00 in parts , 51 .00 finally for a overnight shipment and two days lost of work for a one truck operation. That’s poor business. I wouldn’t recommend them at all .
Would just like to share here for a minute. I know of a company that has bought three brand new trucks and made a call to this company about a issue it was having and was told to bring it in to be fixed. later to find out that they would be charged for the repair at a later date. No correction was made of this offer at all. Not to mention that the owner would not come out and talk to the owner was told he wasn't there but come to find out he was. So with that being said I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. Not to mention after three trucks will more then likely go somewhere else next time around.
Excellent product and an excellent family. We have purchased 7 trucks from Dual-Tech over the last two years. Would highly recommend for anyone looking for a state of the art tow truck at a great price.
