I will never use them again, especially since the new ownership. Tried to give me #2 for my clearly #1 copper. Said it was tarnished! I even pressure washed it. Why, was the pion employee gonna get the difference? They acted funny, I will take the extra time to go to Gates, American Recycling every time for the rest of my days! Cades Geraudau suck!!

I bring $500 of aluminum siding from a job and was told I had 500 lb of shredded metal then I corrected them and went no it was all siding aluminum siding and they still only gave me 300 lb worth of it which was incorrect last time I stopped at this place

They were very helpful and a friendly staff!!

Good folks to deal with in the office

I hauled off some electric motors, a/c compressors, cans and aluminum. The folks were helpful getting unloaded and friendly. I got there at 11:30 and was out before noon. Their lunch starts at 12:00, don't pull in with a load and expect to get unloaded, you wouldn't want somebody cutting into your lunch!

Pack a lunch if you come on Saturday. Been waiting for a good while for them to come back from "15 min" break

Been recycling at Dale's for many years. Don't go at 12:00 to 1:00 as they close for lunch. Drive on the property at your own risk cuz there are tons of nails and small sharp metal objects that can cause you to get a flat tire.

I just want everyone to know I cashed my copper in to Dale's recycling and they gave the run around bout money they owed me ots been 12 days and needed for my kids xmas and still no check .so please do yourself a favor and take your scrap somewhere else cause evidently they didn't get the memo the customer is right and they seem to not care about there customers if you can't pay what you owe .I'm very angry knowing this
