Store manager was rude, talked down to me, then got frustrated and walked off when what he brought back wasnt anywhere close to what I was talking about. Left me in the behind the counter trying to find what I was looking for in their parts area. I got more help from the guy at the commercial accounts desk than the people that were supposed to be doing that work.
This is one of the best AutoZone's across the nation and yes I can say that because I have been to most of them across the nation and these guys are the best level-headed and helpful that I think I have ever met which is why if possible I will wait till I get back and their area to buy my parts
I love Auto Zone. Having a foreign car I like to ask questions about different things I might need for it. And since they are close to home I really enjoy the Oakland store. Very knowledgeable man I spoke with. Going back tomorrow.
I want to say that the Autozone in Oakland TN (store 894 I think) really helped me out in buying a battery, and I want to commend their employee Daniel W. who patiently helped me with a battery for my Toyota Sienna. He was very competent and did a great job.
I wanted to express my gratitude and appreciation for one of your employees who went above and beyond to help me resolve a problem I had with my vehicle.
I had lost the security lug nut for my vehicle and TC drove to my house on his lunch hour to assess my situation. He was able to give me the advice I needed to remove the lug nut. I am very grateful for his advice and effort to help me resolve my issue.

This is my go to auto parts store in Oakland, TN. They always greet you when you come thru the door and always seems to have what I need in stock. Which is always great!
DAVID HATCHER is the best employee around! He was so helpful and helped me find exactly what I needed in a timely manner! He DESERVES a RAISE! Wish more companies had workers like him!
This place is huge! I was only there for 1 thing and it was by the front door, but I bet you could spend some serious time in here. The guys working were so helpful. The man who helped me pointed me right to the item I needed, answered all my questions and even told me what to do with the part when I got it home. Super fantastic staff! And the place was so clean and organized and smelled clean. Not like the sketchy ones in Memphis. I'm so thankful for that!
I got a flat tire on my gooseneck trailer in the parking lot next door & a few of the employees took care of the flat tire, got it changed for me & made sure I was good to go. It was hot as hell outside but they didn’t care, and took the time to make sure I was taken care of. Fabulous customer service!!
They guys here are always super helpful. Got a 1990 Jeep YJ, and I'm always having to fabricate parts. These guys almost ALWAYS have an idea or suggestion that works. Thank you, gentlemen.

Richard and Jeff are hands down the best employees I’ve ever encountered at any autozone, these guys are the most friendly and most knowledgeable salesman I’ve seen in the city. Definitely just earned a lifelong customer as long as these guys are around. Nice to come across friendly workers who actually know what they’re talking about. They are so helpful and friendly. They have helped me on every occasion with questions, parts or whatever I needed for my tahoe which I've owned for 15 years.
Now with my cruze, same great service. Unfortunately this car has caused quite a few headaches but autozone has continued to help me everytime.

Oakland AZ is one of the better locations. The people working there are very helpful and very knowledgeable about cars. I got a feeling that the guys working here are good ole country boys that know their way around vehicles. Better service than products that I can promise you
I had to have what they call a dash cluster as are the gages on my pu are going out one at a time. My mechanic told me to see a gentleman named David and to order the part. David knew exactly what I needed. He took care of getting it ordered and when I picked it up he put it in the front seat for me.
I have always had good service and friendly, helpful guys anytime I've stopped in. They show the kind of service that this town has been known for over the years. Thanks to all of you with top honors going to David
One of the best employees that I’ve ever dealt with in any auto zone is in the Oakland store. I’ve been going there since they opened the doors. And will only go when him and 1 other employee is there. They do everything they can to make sure I get the right part the first time. Love these guys David Chennault and Scott
Had a flat far away from home while visiting family and unfortunately found out my spare was not holding air on a Sunday of course. Big thanks to Scott for the quick and friendly service!!! Called on my phone for help. Was met at the door when I arrived. Had me on the road in ten minutes!
