I had a headlight to go out on me, and they were about to close but a young man came out and put it in for me. My wife had a leak in a tire, and they fixed it and didn't charge her. We will always remember things like that.

Always a great experience. I’ve only been here a couple of times for an oil change and most recently had my brakes repaired. Very reasonably priced. Never feel like they try to sell me more than I need. Highly recommend. They are busy so service may be a day or two but well worth the wait.
Had a major repair. Everything was fine until I paid. The shop charges a 3.5% fee for card payments (which is beyond the typical 2.3% to 2.7% the major card issuers typically charge merchants, by the way). Of course, I should have carried $3,700 in cash on me to pay -- because we all do, right? -- to avoid the markup, which should simply be absorbed by the merchant (in this case, the shop) as the cost of doing business...just like every other place. For that reason alone, I won't be back.
My 1st visit was a good experience. The wait time for an oil change wasn't too long of a wait. The staff were courteous and helpful. I recommend the business for your service.
I think o was swindle out of some of my money, First of all they tried to charge me an extra 250 off the top , I had to remind them what they said about the hours spent on diagnostic, second the guy tried to get me to leave 2500 deposit without a receipt, every thing behind that appeared shady , after them telling me I needed a computer, I got that done , then they told me they had bad news for me, that my starter that was working when I took it there wasn't working, 1200 more, when I called on the phone to check on my truck now the radio that was working when I took it there wasn't working any more , I'm waiting until Monday to reach out to the owner, they mad me feel boxed in I feel played , I needed them because I have an older model Range Rover, they took advantage of me, everybody can't work on that truck
I was told to drop my truck off 1st thing on Wednesday to have my new tire put on and alignment that they told me I needed. Later that day was told that it wouldn’t be ready that day. It wasn’t ready until 3 days later.. Every time I talked to someone that I got a different story or explanation. When I picked it up we were told that it turns out I didn’t even need an alignment. So we waited 3 days to have a tire put on. When I spoke to someone on the phone I specifically asked if they put the spare tire back under and was told yes. When I picked it up the spare tire was thrown in the back on top of my 3rd row. Along with the mangled tools. I was told my tool needed to lower the tire was broken. I have pictures of the Friday before when the spare was being put on of the tool without a scratch bc it was the 1st time ever used. So they broke them, tossed them on the back instead of where they belonged and basically told me oh well when I asked what I’m supposed to do. I guess they aren’t responsible for the damage they cause. And don’t get me started on the fact that the tires were only purchased a year ago and have had to be replaced twice.
I dropped my car off right before closing on a Friday and was told they’d be on it first thing Monday morning, totally acceptable. Once they found out the problem with my A/C system, they ordered the parts, fixed it, and I was able to pick it up Tuesday evening. Fair price and quick service was what I was looking for and that’s exactly what I got. Definitely recommend this shop!
So being pretty new in town, I wasn’t sure where to take my car for a brake job. I was told by Gateway Tire next door that they don’t make appointments and I’d just have to drop it off. So I get there and drop it off before they opened because that was the only time my husband could run me back home before work…umm they then inform me it will take them 2-3 days to get to my car?? Huh? I called Oakland Tire - these guys are the best. They walked over, got my car, got my brakes done in ONE day. No appointment, great price, I just can’t say enough. These guys are my shop for life.
The gentlemen at Oakland tire are absolutely amazing. The genuine service they offer is hard to find these days. I won't go anywhere else to have work done on my vehicles.
Their Website clearly has a button to make an appointment and asks for desired date and time. I showed up the day and time and the gentleman at the front desk said they don't do appointments and that the appointment link is only a request. Shouldn't they have called and explain this instead of having people drive to the shop to find this out? They are backlogged with more than 30 jobs and he said I could leave my vehicle 2 days for a coolant flush. Their website needs to be updated and remove the appointment button.
Had a vibration on my Tacoma so I took it here to get my tires rebalanced. They charged less than some others, did it in less time than expected, and now my truck is riding smooth again. Cant ask for much more.
Fast, honest service. I told them to replace the air filter if needed. They didn't replace it. The reason? It didn't need to be replaced. Lots of places will add anything they can, but these guys take care of you and do what's right. Repeat customer, will be back next time.
I had to order tires that would take a bit to come in. I wouldn’t be able to be at the shop till around 4:00pm due to work but Scott advised he’d make sure I got them out on when they arrived. Sure enough, the day they came in I was able to get them installed in about 1 hr. Awesome service and it’s great to deal with trustworthy people.
I had my first experience at Oakland Tire today and I must say I was impressed with their service. I went in for an oil change and was in and out in less than an hour. I have been paying upwards of $130 for an oil change and tire rotation, but Oakland Tire was so much more reasonable. And lastly, the front counter person was super nice and very knowledgeable. Oakland Tire, meet your newest customer! Thanks for an awesome service experience at your establishment!
Great service, great employees that will explain in easy to understand ways with respect and integrity. I trust Kevin 1000% and will drive over 2 hours to have such excellent work done by people I can trust and stand behind their work.
The crew at Oakland Tire & Service Center were very helpful. I got my oil change and tire rotation done quickly. The place was easy to find with a neat and clean lobby to wait in while your vehicle is worked on. I will be back for future service.
Great service, brought my 2020 Toyota Tacoma for oil change and tire rotation at 8:00am. At by 10:00am my truck was done... Great job and reasonable prices. The staff is easy to work with. Highly recommend them.......
Greg was Awesome ? him & other staff's members was on point. I never had an oil change that they informed you on what else was going on with your vehicle. The timing of receiving my SUV and returning it was great!!!!!! I will go back..Tell my family & friends about there services.
I have been using Oakland Tire for services on both of my vehicles and have been super pleased!! I always have a good experience. They are very knowledgeable, kind and have fair prices. I love how quickly I get in and out every time whether it’s for an oil change or a complete set of tires put on! So thankful for this as my time is treated as valuable too!
