I wanna start off by saying the car I needed picked up was very much a SCRAP car. After sending all the information they asked for we set a time and they offered to pay me a cash price for my car.
The gentleman picking up was apologetic, but late which already put me in a bind. After looking at the car he called his boss, who very rudely told me I would have to pay him to pick the car up now because he would be losing profits on his next pickup, which is supposedly somehow my problem as a client.
Moments later they told me that they would not only not be able to pick it up right now, but would have another truck come out whenever they were available.
All of this put me in a serious situation as I needed the car gone today.
Needless to say I found another local company with great reviews who is not only willing to pick up the car, but also paying me for it because that’s what you do when you make profit off of someone else, not try to double and maybe even triple dip a situation when someone’s in a bind.
I called this company on Friday they set appointment up with me for 2:00 Saturday at 2:30 I called and guy said he would check on it and call me right back which he never did I had to call him several times he text me back said that they was stuck in somebody's yard and they would do it the next day next day come I tried for two and a half hours to get in contact with them and they wouldn't respond to a telephone call or a text I got somebody else which paid more money thank you for the extra cash
