Had a flat at my children's school today reached out to my insurance and was connected to this company which arrived within 15 mins and not only changed my tire but also looked for what the issue was and made sure my donut was aired up before I was able to drive off. Very professional and exceptional service.
What an awful company. I will be reporting the interaction I just had to AAA. The truck driver arrived to assist my neighbor right before me but chose to block the driveway. I asked if he could move nicely and he said it’s gonna have to wait. I then told him he was going to move the truck and he decided to argue and almost hit my car.

I needed towing through AAA. Pruitt's was dispatched immediately. I received a call from Pruitt's, during my short wait to get my details & was assured they'd be there soon...and they were. Mr. Pruitt puts customer service, safety, and car care first. My truck was towed safely to my mechanic for its repair. I hope to request Pruitt's if/when I ever require roadside assistance in the future.
Ronnie from Pruitt and Sons came to my AAA request. He was very kind, very skilled, and even took the time to answer some of unrelated automotive questions. I don’t know what all they do, but it is very refreshing to have such friendly and efficient service! And I love that they are a family business! Way to go Pruitt family!
Had a dead battery on an overnight job site and called AAA. They dropped the ball on getting my work order over to dispatch but, when they dead, Pruitt Automotive picked up the slack and hoofed it to my location. Ronnie was fast, fair and informative. Saved my bacon with a new battery. Helluva nice guy too. His wife was very patient with me despite my frustrations with AAA. Call them for anything you need. They've been in business for over 20 years and are fellow native Tennesseans. The true American dream. Really appreciate you guys, thank you.
My vehicle was disabled on the interstate. The driver went out of his way to bring it to my hotel so I could get my things out of it before he towed it in. This helped me greatly. All around very friendly and helpful.
Priutt Towing / Automotive went above and beyond to help me with an interstate breakdown south of Nashville. They were so amazing and helpful and went out of their way to get my situation resolved while I was on a long road trip. Personal and friendly service. I highly recommend their service to anyone.
Pruitt Automotive has been serving my family for years. We have a large family and have needed to be towed or pulled out of the mud many times. They have always taken good care of us and treated us fair!
I’ve never had anyone treat me the way the person just did from this company. While the person didn’t provide his name, I can’t only hope it wasn’t the owner or someone within management, otherwise this company is in trouble. From humming while I was speaking (and then acting surprised when I told him that was rude to do) to hanging up in my face, it’s no surprise this company is rated below 4 stars.
I needed a tow. When they arrived, I asked them to take a look and they were able to pinpoint the exact issue which was then fixed in less than a minute! Saved me hours worth of time and car repair bills. Very thankful for Ronnie and DeeDee Pruitt’s service. 5 stars.
Broke down Sunday morning outside Nashville. Pruitt was very helpful not only in responding quickly, but also recommending a dealership with close access to hotels and restaurants, but also a superior dealership that appears to be well equipped to get us back on the road.

Got them through roadside assistance and attitude of the dispatcher was rude told me 30 mins ended up waiting an hour and 15 mins... driver didn’t even speak to me when he unlocked my car
Used my roadside assistance through auto insurance. The tire tech showed up 20 minutes before projected time. He was courteous and amazingly knowledgeable about my particular vehicle. Would use Pruitt Automotive again.
This place should be closed indefinitely. The customer service is piss poor and the Manager is the worst one. I was stranded on the side of the road and not familiar with the area at all. When. The manager called he was rude and hung the phone up in my face and tried to overcharge me when I had already paid for the mile overage over the phone via my insurance company. When I called them back the manager answered again and hung the phone up again. Do not utilize their services
We were quoted an expected arrival time and when they didn’t arrive our Chevy Roadside Assistance center called me back to confirm they were not here. While on hold with them, Pruitt Automotive called me and had the worst attitude with me. The person ended up hanging up on me. I would never recommend this business to someone.
While on a recent trip we had a tire blow out on the motorhome. Ronnie came to assist. He was very polite and soon found that he didn't have the special tools to change the tire. Ronnie didn't give up and put tools together to make it happen in a very timely manor.
Needed my Volvo wagon towed from Fairview to Columbia. Called around rush hour and they were still able to pick up my car in a timely manner. Much earlier than I expected! Dispatch was very nice and kept me updated on the trip. Much appreciated service.
If I could give them NO STARS I would. Never have I ever had some one be so RUDE to me. I will NEVER suggest them to any one. That is not how you run your business HANGING UP ON CUSTOMERS THAT NEED HELP. Why you could not simply and politely state you don't have the proper equipment is beyond me.
