Couldn't of had a worse experience with this company. They sold a transmission from underneath me. Terrible people, terrible service, do not do business with this company.
Very easy communication. The part I bought arrived very quickly. Shipping was reasonably priced. The door panel was reasonably priced. It was in almost new condition. Very highly recommend! Will definitely use again!

Came to get some truck parts & They were rude. the communication was bad, they missed price the items, one sales guy told me 200 for a bumper and a hitch receiver then says 200 for each and then the manager interferes and says 400 just for a bumper and says his own employee doesn’t know what he’s doing. “Manager” is so rude to employees. very disappointing and unprofessional overall.
Parts were posted online with general pics. I message, we agree to price of interested items. I drive out to pick up parts. Many parts are damaged and not useable. They were not depicted in online photos, and never mentioned during messages, yet after bringing to their attention, the same photos are still posted. Which tells me they know the parts are misrepresented, and they're ok with this= Scammers.
What parts that were worth having, the manager didn't honor the agreed price of his employee. There's zero honor with him. Save your time. They're crooks. Frank seemed decent, but I feel they do this often to get people to pay more once there. Terrible way to do business. Find somewhere else. I'm not a valued customer, nor ever will be. Definitely crooked.
Called about doors for a car they were selling, person over the phone said they will part it out, next day I show up too buy the doors, the employee tells me the owner no longer wants too sell the doors, I drove 1 hour too get too there business... IF YOU CHANGED YOUR MIND ON PARTING THE CAR OUT AND FIXING IT INSTEAD.. YOU NEED TOO TAKE DOWN ALL YOUR ADDS THAT STATE YOUR TRYING TOO STILL SELL THE CAR COMPLETE.. QUIT WASTING PEOPLES TIME...
Purchased an engine from this junkyard for a Lexus. Receive the engine, (which was packaged very poorly with a seatbelt) had a professional mechanic install it. After installed, the car would barely start and smoke. I called the junkyard because they told me the engine was tested and good and they told me to remove it and send it back for a refund
I already paid $2200 to install the engine now I would have to pay another 2000 to remove it and ship it back for a refund of 3000 which does it make any sense. I’ve called numerous times for assistance. Every time I call the owner is out of town. Now I have to pay for the engine to be taken apart and repaired. I paid for a working engine… I would not recommend this junkyard at all they do not test any parts
The worst salvage yard in the town on their website said they are opening at 8:30 but I was there until 9 o’clock. Nobody show up after they show up the list apart on their website and I drove two hours then they told me they don’t have it.
Had the part I needed at 1/4 of the price from everywhere else. I put it on in the parking lot, they were nice enough to give me a jump and I was on my way!!Thanks so much for helping me get back on the road and leaving gas $ in my pocket! This is definitely my new auto parts store!!!
I finally gave them a shot and I'm impressed! I always saw them on car-part.com and never called due to prices not being listed on the parts I needed. I wish I had called long ago! They sent me a photo of the part and it was exactly what I needed. Plus it was much less expensive than the others listed on that site and even more affordable than eBay. I was shocked! They were quick and polite throughout the transaction. I'll definitely be back. Thanks guys!
This place has it all. If you're on a budget and need parts this is a good place to purchase, and the customer service was good and prices were reasonable
I worked with John and his staff at Smitty's. Out of the 15 Nashville area salvage yards I called, John gave me the best price by over a $100. He had my vehicle towed to his lot at no cost and allowed me to come by and take whatever I wanted from the vehicle. John is a very nice and fair man and has a very friendly and helpful staff working at this business. I wouldn't even bother calling any other places when you need to scrap your next vehicle. This is the place you wanna do business. Thumbs up!
Will rip you off. Told the make an model of my car an he told me 50.00 for part stating that its an expensive car but its standard in all gm cars so if i told him i gotta tahoe instead of a escalade same.part would have been cheaper. This was over the phone why would I actually make a trip when I could pick up phone to get a price? I'm the sole owner an operator bud. I speak for myself. Didnt think I would respond to your lies. Well your wrong!!! Place will try to cheat you an we know for a fact now that they lie also. Keep it up bud your 0 for 2.
Very helpful, as I went there with my own part with stripped bolts that were impossible for me to remove. They used their expertise, saving money and head aches!
Called ahead the day before.. They said they had the part and would hold it. Took the day off work and borrowed a truck only to be told the transmission was broken and they didn't have another. Poor customer service poor communication. Do not use these guys!!
They are all ways reasonable with me and always work with me on pricing Nick is my man! And they have a lot of different cars to meet all needs and what I like they give u a cheaper price if u pull it
if there were no stars i would leave it , i ordered parts for my vehicle was told i would be getting all the parts i needed even ask for extra parts and paid for them and im missing alot of them what arrived after 1 month 3 weeks wait were all damage the rest of the parts were NEVER shipped i call the owner and the business as soon as they here my voice they hang up on me. horrible service horrible wait lied to me about what i was suppose to received.
I was looking for a body panel. I called ahead and they said they had one in excellent condition, zero damage. I drove an hour to get there and what they had was covered in dents and damage. Not just small dents, which it had lots of, but bigger then my hand dents. Then the owner tried to argue with me that I wasn't going to find a body panel without dents, so that made his excellent. Can't trust these guys to have what they say they have.
Worst customer service ever. I went there for a small part. They told me to wait...I waited for couple minutes to be told we're closing...When I asked them: "then, why did you make me wait?"...The "boss" said: "You didn't wait that long!!".. Really?!!! I felt very disrespected!
If you want professional service and respect for your time, I warn you: don't ever come here...There are a lot of better options.
I called them for a part, they said they will check and call me back, I got a missed call and immediately called them back: they have me on hold for 21 minutes and still counting.They have the worst customer service I have faced in years.Never go there.Then he hung up on me after picking up the phone when I asked the name of the owner.I called them back asking for the owner - George, is not available, he was not ready to give me his name either.Again put me on hold to check for 24 minutes and still counting keeping my business line busy on hold.They have no respect for the customer and his time and is a shady operation altogether.

Wanted a small part but waited a whole hour. While the other customers who got there after me left with their parts long time before me. After the whole place was empty they fanily told me they didn't have it. Not coming here agian!
