sure, yea he picked up and answered my question, but dang, really must hate his job because he acted like me asking about a chevy bumper cover was the biggest inconvenience and as if it wasn't his job to answer the phone. Said don't have it, bye, and hung up in a swift breath and the same sentence maybe if you had a real website and not a forsaken Facebook page, I wouldn't even have had to call lol haven't been there and haven't found nything I've need there before, but homeboys don't seem happy to be there and surely not happy to help. mostly happy to help you hang up faster it seemed.

I have used them twice and always have had great service. Last time I wasnt sure what I needed but these guys were easy to talk to and help me find exactly the part I needed.

Don't buy anything from them...I have dealt with them for years, and bought many things from them. Recently I bought a radio from them for an S-10 pick up I have. We installed less than a week after we got it it and it didn't work. I called them and told them it didn't and they said to bring it back...I told them it would be a while before I could get back there , the response was that was okay since it never worked to begin with, bring it in when you can. I didn't get it back until 2 months later and amnesia had set in and I was told that they would not return it...this is a $50 radio after I had done thousands of dollars with them over the years...I dont know whether it changed ownership or what but this should tell you about their business practices now...anyone who is willing to quote policy over a $50 warranty part ,after the business I have done with them tells you all you need to know....I'll never go there again and I would caution anyone against going there as well....This is an edit back to Abernathy on their response....I spoke with YOU directly on the phone within a day that the radio YOU sold me did not work...YOU said I could return it, and I told YOU it may be a couple of months before I could get back there...YOU said that would be fine since the radio YOU sold me didnt work at the time of the purchase. The radio I returned was in fact the one I took out of the truck initial and it was confused with the junk you sold me that is still sitting in my garage...I'll be glad to return that one to you so you can tell me its not warrantied either. I've spent thousands there...look it up chief...and you want to get in a pissing match over $50 and 30 days on a part that didnt work from your yard...great business plan...I'll never be back and I advise anyone else not to either. You let policy take over your common sense...good luck with that
