2024 Nissan Rogue I purchase a door for driver's side front and I try to return it they say there's no we cannot return it because we don't refund I just lost $600 just because of that poor bad customer service

Absolutely amazing interaction. Called for a wheel for a 2014 Toyota Camry. Loretta ( I believe was her name). Confirmed the part was available. Let me chose which one I wanted. Price was more than reasonable and also allowed me to buy the tire attached to it for a little extra which was fine with me. THIS PLACE IS IN NASHVILLE. The address might seem like it’s far. But it took me 18 minutes from nolensville road to get there. Overall would definitely recommend. Very good prices. Just call ahead to make sure they have your item. Thanks again guys. Pretty disappointed in this yard. I called twice to make sure they had the part. When I get there one of the guys went to confirm the part was on the vehicle and was told it was sold attached to another piece. I really wished they would have confirmed they had it when I called instead of waisting an hour of my day. Besides that everyone was nice overall and they have some newer cars for parts which is nice. The place itself has horrible parking and looks pretty tight. They don't allow anyone onto the yard , so just keep that in mind when coming here. Not sure if I'll use them again in the future or not .
They don't honor they warranty on the car parts. I been busy from them since they been open and because I come on the last day of warranty I couldn't get a refund or replacement part. Make sure the part you get is the same as the one you need exactly.
I drive 5 hours 1 way to pick up a part for my truck. I was very pleased with the price, very pleased with the whole transaction. I found them through Facebook and we kept in contact. I encourage everyone to use them. We got the part on a Saturday, had it put in on Tuesday. No issues at all.
I do not recommend buying anything from A/C Auto Parts!!! I bought a motor to fit a 2010 dodge charger and had nothing but problems after the motor was replaced. In less than 3 weeks my car caught on fire (after being driven 4 times) from the motor. I sure got a smoking hot deal
I made the drive yesterday to go pick up a mirror and a hubcap for my mother’s car. We knew he had the mirror but not the hubcap. After getting there the guy came back with a hubcap but someone had broken the mirror. To my surprise he just gave me the hubcap for free! I was so surprised and appreciative! I will definitely give them any future business if I need any parts!
