I bought a motor from these guys and was told that the motor was operational. I got the motor to the mechanic and the mechanic informed me that the motor was extremely damaged and could not be used in anyway shape or form. I called them and explained the situation to see what could be done, and the guys basically ignored me until I threatened with a lawyer. They finally agreed to take the motor back, but charged me at 30% restocking fee for a motor that I couldn’t even use. This was completely satisfying and probably the most pitiful idea of a business in the Nashville area. I highly recommend you don’t do business here. They will burn you and not think twice about it. Once again, I was charged a 30% restocking fee for an item that was non-operational. The item was literally fit for scrap metal. This was just ridiculous.
I made the drive yesterday to go pick up a mirror and a hubcap for my mother’s car. We knew he had the mirror but not the hubcap. After getting there the guy came back with a hubcap but someone had broken the mirror. To my surprise he just gave me the hubcap for free! I was so surprised and appreciative! I will definitely give them any future business if I need any parts!
Went here to get an engine for my E36 BMW and had contacted them to see if they had the engine I needed. The owner helped me out in finding a low mileage one and got the engine and everything I needed out for me to pick up. Although I came there the day I called (which the motor wasn't out yet and had to wait till the next day to pick it up). He and the workers there made sure everything was ready for me and help load it to my buddy's vehicle to transport. Though this review is long overdue (I forgotten the name until my friend had a picture of me buying the motor with there name showing). I will shop with them again.
