I don't normally write reviews because I believe all businesses should provide exceptional customer service, however the other night when my husband had run over something that was in the road and ended up with a hole in the radiator and all the coolant poured out. He couldn't drive it, but needed to at least get it back home.. I spent over an hour on the phone trying to find someone to tow it three miles. This man was the only one who would be reasonable.. all the other companies wanted well over two hundred dollars that we just didn't have . Eugene was the only one that wanted to help.. he towed us for half of what all the others were charging and he came straight away.. seriously a 10/10 for this man.. he really did save the day.. he was quick and professional and got us and our car home safely. thank you so much...
Eugene had the tools to get the job done. He followed directions well and was punctual. He went above and beyond on a Sunday to schedule the jump/tow for next morning.
I had to quickly get a box truck towed. Eugene got there within 20 minutes. Extremely fast service. Also, well priced service. It was around $250 - from phone call, to pick up, to drop off. In under an hour. Crazy fast. Highly recommend. Also, friendly and funny!
This guys a crook. I paid him a day in advance for a job. He shows up and it needed air in a tire. It was 1.4 miles from his house. He quoted me $125 and was paid $140 to do it. He shows up and it needed air in 1 tire. He then wants to charge an additional $375 to do it!!! So, for my customer to put air in the tire, NOT HIM! He wanted 3x the original quote. He already had the $140 so figured he could exploit us for the additional. I STRONGLY SUGGEST CALLING ANYONE BUT THIS CROOK!

I had such a great experience today! Not only did he show up quickly and take care of towing my car, but he also went above and beyond by helping fix the issue right then and there. He was incredibly knowledgeable and explained everything in a way I could actually understand. On top of that, he was genuinely kind, respectful, and had the best sense of humor — definitely made a frustrating situation a lot easier to deal with. If you ever need a tow or roadside help, I highly recommend him. Five stars all the way!
