This place is crooked and will rip you off! I took off some metal and aluminum and I paid attention to the scales and they screwed me out of half the check wrote out. When we went back to tell them we watched the scale they brought a piece of paper with written number that were clearly wrong! We had a full truck load of cans and washer and stove and only received $20 ! We counted 140 pounds worth and they wrote down 60 pounds! Do not take anything to these people they will rip you off bad!
So I was just driving Behind one of their big trucks. It had trash flying up out of the back of it. So I called and spoke with a smart ellick gentleman. He said well you should probably back off their butts they can't help it. I said well. I said, I have about 4 to 5 car links between us. He said well I can't really help it, I said. Well, why don't they have their net put back?. He said well, sometimes after they dump stuff stuck to the side, so there's nothing we can do about it.. I said what about putting the net back? He said, Well, I guess we could, he said I don't know. Then smart mouth Goes on to say, well, you know, ma'am. We could be like New York and go jump all of our trash out in the ocean.. Laughing about it all. I said well aren't you just so helpful. He laughed about it. I said, have a nice day and how about you take responsibility for your all's actions? And did I hung up on him since he wanted to be a smart mouth.. What a great way to run a company!!!.. You know I see signs out on the side of the road saying that littering is at $3000..
If I could give zero stars I would but I can’t so if one will be fine. There was one of your trucks in my neighborhood today blocking the road and I just stopped parked waiting patiently. As I was waiting the guy driving waved his arm telling me to turn down the road to my right and told me to go around. Well if he had been thinking he would have realized my road is a dead end and I couldn’t just go around. Just to make matters worse as he gets in his truck to leave he decided then was a great time to start pulling out the paperwork and signing it as he blocks the road. There is now a truck on the other side also trying to get passed. When he finally got out of the middle of the road he screamed out is window once again “go around”.
