The guy that came tow our car was nice. But the experience was a bit scary. He kept running off the road and having to stick his head out the window because he was sleepy.Not mention I never received my receipt so that I could send it to my insurance company. I’m just grateful I got my car towed but it was definitely a scary experience. My husband never goes to sleep when anyone is driving. So the reply is definitely a lie. As for the receipt they had my information instead of my husband information so that’s a lie. I don’t bash people business but if I had a scary experience then I’m going to say that. He got us there but still it was dangerous and scary. Just because others gave a 5 star doesn’t mean that I’m going to lie and give a 5 star.
My car had electrical problems and would not turn off. When I called the company and explained the situation, the person I talked too was so kind and had someone come help me unplug my battery until they could tow it to the repair shop. When Denver arrived he was amazing and made sure he couldn't fix it on site before towing it. I can't say thank you enough for the kindness and help. I would definitely recommend to others and will definitely use again
We (Dickson Shed Haulers) were hauling a 14X44 portable building to Dickson, TN on I-40 when we had engine trouble and had to stop on the shoulder. Called M.J. & Son and Denver was out there to get us within an hour. He towed our truck and trailer, with an oversize load, back to the lot where they sell these buildings. Denver had a bit of an obsticle course, having to weave through all the buildings/sheds on this lot. Not an easy task. Can't thank Denver enough for getting to us so quickly and taking extra care of our equipment and load. Highly recommend M. J. & Son.
