What clients say about E & E Towing Service in Nashville (TN)

Excellent service from the operator on this one! Jeremy got there in just under an hour and had my Sprinter rolling in dang-near record time. He helped direct the inconsiderate drivers who don't know to move over to move over. Then got me to the repair shop fast. I wish the diagnostic fee was as reasonable as the tow!! Not to say it was inexpensive, as it was quite a haul from Pleasant Hill down to Cool Springs, but it was done right and I gained some knowledge about how to properly have a Sprinter towed. There was a bit of confusion with dispatch getting a driver to me, but things happen and that's the only thing that kept me from giving them 5 stars.

On Dec 4th 2024 my husband sent one of our drivers “Whitehead Transport company” to pick up a vehicle on behalf of a bank we partner with. E&Es operation agreement in their signed contract has their business hours listed as - M-F 8am - 5pm. There is nothing stating a call must be made ahead of time before coming to conduct business. Wednesday DEC 4th our transport driver arrived at E&E Towing and Recovery to recover said vehicle on behalf the bank we partner with including payment in full, and all paperwork needed to attain the vehicle and recover for said Bank. On arrival we found a closed business “E&E” not open during the hours E&E listed in their paperwork pamphlet provided to our company on behalf of the bank. Our transport driver - Bank mgr - and my husband all made a call to E&E recovery to try and have an employee of E&E come meet with us within their operating ours they provided “ 1:45pm “ to release the vehicle we came for on behalf of the bank. Our driver drove over 3 hrs one direction, we had to pay the employee to make the trip, and we payed for fuel costs only to be standing at the gates of a business that wasn’t open during their listed operating hours they provided in their operation agreement with the bank. After multiple calls to E&E, and pleads to the owner to have someone meet with us so we could conduct business, our driver, and my husband were both cursed out by E&E after asking for someone to come simply help us. Worth noting “my husband had the conversation on speaker phone with a retired LEO of the sheriff office listening”. So - We have a witness to the full conversation of the berating, F Bomb dropping, and angry E&E owner. This is an awful business experience. We have been in business for 21 years and never had an issue like this happen. The owner of E&E Dropped multiple F Bombs In their conversation “multiple witnesses included a retired police officer heard the convo ” and it was directed at my husband who was simply trying to seek a remedy so we could pay E&E on behalf of the bank - collect the asset “vehicle”, and be on our way.. When my husband pressed the issue that their company had given us the hours of operations and overly requested that someone meet us, he was met with angry cursing. We had a check - could have easily went to grab cash, or pay with a credit card but that was never offered as they had zero intention of meeting us to recover the vehicle they asked our partner, the bank to come recover. My husband told the E&E owner that they would be getting a bill for the transport cost and we fully intend to bill them for their misinformation and inability to remedy their mistake. It’s a shame more companies don’t operate with more integrity and it’s a shame we’re having to go this route. We included E&Es operation agreement they provided. Never did it mention calling ahead or bringing a cashiers check. Since they offered no solutions, we have one for them coming in the mail.
