They got me out of a really bad situation. I was stuck at the bottom of a hill with ice that slid me to the bottom. They were quick and helpful. Highly recommend!

Would highly recommend R1 Towing for their fast and friendly service! I called 6 different companies to get a tow for over 30 miles after my car broke down on I-65 and R1 Towing is the only one that would accommodate. I wish I got his name but I didn’t but the guy that showed up went above and beyond to assist me. I’m grateful that kind and courteous people still exist.
After having a car accident in downtown Nashville, I pulled into a one-hour only parking spot at a gas station that would definitely tow my car someplace expensive if I didnt get out of there soon enough. After getting insurance information and talking to the police, I discovered my phone was dead and I couldn't call a tow truck! Got back home as soon as I could, called them, and sure enough they got the car before it was too late! They towed it to the front of my house. Very friendly, very punctual, and a five stars experience in my book.

I am the Service Manager of a large apartment complex in Nashville. The property was using one of the more well known and big tow companies for our impounds or any other towing needs. We never were happy with the other company. Response times were slow and the office staff was rude. We switched to R1 approximately 1 1/2 years ago. The owner and staff are top notch. Super efficient, friendly, professional and kind! We had a great experience today after waiting for AAA to send someone for 3 whole hours, we kept getting pushed back until we gave up and called local - these guys showed up in just 15 minutes! So thankful for their help! Dispatch was also super friendly and professional, so that’s an added bonus.
