Mid South was dispatched by my roadside service, and he was fantastic. He was able to load my 22' single axle travel trailer with blown tire onto his truck with no issue, took it back to his shop, replaced the tires for me, and charged me a low flat rate for labor plus the cost of the tires. He then helped me rehitch the trailer and got me safely back on my way. He contacted me as soon as he was dispatched, was on site within the time promised, and was very familiar with my equipment. I would definitely recommend this business, and would request his company for my tow.
Jonathan was awesome to work with. He rescued us from I -65 and took our truck to his lot. His price was fair and he was really nice. He called his diesel mechanic Nathan, who came to the lot and worked all day in the heat to fix our truck. In fact, we stayed the night in Pulaski, TN, and everyone we met was very polite. I never touched a door and was referred to as ma’am the entire time. 👍🏻
My car broke down while on vacation for my 10 yr anniversary. We called to arrange a tow for the day of our check out. John ( the owner) suggested bringing my husband's truck to us so we wouldn't be stranded. Thanks to him our vacation was saved. The stress of how we would get home was gone plus we were able to enjoy the rest of our vacation. They were kind and very professional.
