Someone needs to answer the damn phone right now. My car was towed without any warning and the complex I’m at said they didn’t put in a request for it to be towed. No tow warning was on my car either.
They towed my car or should I say drug my car out of my driveway. Tore up my driveway and yard. They make you make an appointment to get your belongings but fail to tell you that they’ve already threw all your stuff in a bag. So I went through the bag and made sure everything was there. One thing they left was my very expensive cologne. I told the lady and she said “we don’t deal with liquids, they stay in the vehicle until auction”. Don’t you think if you’re going to remove someone’s belongings you should get everything. So she had to go to the car and get it because I wasn’t going to leave without it. Another thing missing was money. I filed a claim with them about the damages to my yard and driveway. Still have yet to hear back.
My momma always said if you don't have nothing nice to say then don't say it so I'm not going to but I would never ever ever use these people again for any reason wasn't my choice to use them this time
This business..if you can call it a business. Is the worst of the worst places I have ever encountered. The owner is so rude and unprofessional it’s ridiculous. My car was Towed by this place and it was literally like pulling teeth to get it off his lot. Please do not support this idiot’s business. 👎🏻
I have mixed feelings about my Towing experience. Whoever (maybe Danny?) received my call was very sweet and polite. They told me that it would take about 25 minutes to get to us. They called us back and let us know that it wasn't going to be possible for about an hour or so because they had an emergency call. Which I was okay with and I told them that I would go ahead and pay. I gave them the location to drop off the truck which it was dropped off and parked very nicely. In the morning my fiance went to go check it to take it to the mechanic. We couldn't find the keys so we reached out to the company. They gave me the direct drivers #. The tow driver came to the location and pointed out where he left them and he couldn't find them. There's other vehicles at that location and security cameras to see if anybody gets in there. I reached out to the phone number on file and asked to get a call back from an owner/manager. I yet haven't heard from them. I'm not saying they're bad company but I would have liked somebody just to meet us half way and come to a good agreement.
The owner is a genuinely good Man... He stayed almost an hour past closing time to help me get my car back .. can't blame them for a situation I got myself into... But he was a awesome person. And helped me help myself out
Driver got to me faster than he estimated. Hooked my car up properly and fast and towed my vehicle safely to my home. He was very friendly and I will definitely recommend this business to friends and family.
If you have an SUV he will overcharge you. Also refused to show any kind of documentation, insisting "it was too expensive." He even flashed a gun at the people in front of us. Could not have been more unprofessional.
I don’t know who gave this man his business license but he never should have owned anything. It took him over an hour an a half to let us pick up our car. Then , he has to leave to go get the tickets for our car. He has no sense of professionalism at all. Making sure his customers see that he is carrying a hand gun. He was very ugly to all customers an myself and all we’re trying to get our card back. This man should not be working period.
I was originally given an estimate of 1.5 hours until the tow truck arrived but after about two hours I called to check and it turns out the truck had an issue and it would be another hour. I understand things happen but no one reaching out is simply unacceptable
Wasn’t willing to do a simple lift and push onto a an Auto Transport...claimed no one will be willing to do it, expect the fact is dude was simply being lazy. I only called for a quote not to be told what other don’t do just because he’s being lazy. Not sure what type of “advance” towing is being done by them but if they can’t do something as simple as moving a car a few feet...I don’t need to be using them at all anyway. Then dude hung up on me after I told him other were willing, professionalism goes a long. I’ll gladly keep my money

My son and I flew down to Nashville to retrieve his car that was sitting in his buildings garage on the 4th floor for 3 months.
Needless to say the battery was dead and wouldn’t take a charge the night before with AAA.
AAA couldn’t make it the next day and said they couldn’t get a tow into the garage.
Called Advanced & Recovery and he was there in an hour.
He had to get in with only a 9 foot ceiling lift and install dollies to the front wheels of an All Wheel car.
He then got us down the 4 flights and to the local dealer.
He saved the day and the weekend we had planned to drive back Sunday and because of Advanced Recovery we will be able to stay on target with our travel plans.
I highly recommended them.
After seeing the actions of this driver of this company tow truck, I would NEVER use their service. I witnessed this driver in Nolensville on Sunday 10/7/18 passed a vehicle and speed in posted limits and tailgate a vehicle thru town.
If the police were visible, I would have reported this nut. With employees like this, it's a matter of time that this company will be out of business.
So my car was towed from street, i came by to pick up my car, no one here, i called dispatch he said he will be here about in two hours, still waiting, but have they towing my car without police officers, it was park on the street, not on privet property so the case is ready to file!
Waited over an hour to find out that they just canceled my appointment... when I called and asked why they didn't notify me they told me it wasn't their responsibility to inform me... real advanced!
I called all around and this company was the first to say they could help within 1.5hrs. He pulled up and said he could probably patch my tire permanently which he did! This was great enough because I could get on the road sooner. He only charged me for the towing fee which means I saved a ton on labor and patching at a tire shop. As he was about to pull away I tried to start the car which was now dead. He stopped and gave me a jump start. As I was thanking him, my car door closed from wind and being on a hill. I was locked out. He quickly got out his door popping kit and had it unlocked in no time! That man saved my butt 3 times for $80! I found out his name is Andre and he is the owner of the company. Andre is the man and he runs a great company! I highly recommend him! I have saved his number in my phone for the next time disaster strikes. I have also sent his number to my friends and family and I would suggest that you do the same!
My car was recently towed twice and Andre provided Outstanding service both times. He's very professional and you can count on him to provide fast service at an affordable price. Advanced Towing & Recovery is definitely the way to go.
