I was on my way back home from my conference in Pigeon Forge when my car started vibrating and al mu lights lit up so i pulled over with and hour and a half left to go til i was hone and had to call a towing company…Thank God for Blake at Ikard Towing and Sales Inc for coming to get me! He had over an hour and a half drive to come get me and he kept in contact with me and checked on me to make sure I was ok!

Needed evening service due to a travel trailer tire blowout. Answered quickly, had someone dispatch within a few minutes, they called when they were on the way. Service was fast, friendly, and thorough. Have saved their # and info in case I am in need in the future. Great service!

Driver was no rookie. I had a very difficult to access pickup and the driver handled it like a boss! It did take them over an hour to come out and did not communicate arrival time.

Ashley provided us with ten star customer service when we had a flat. We ended up using another tow company because the flat occurred in their parking lot, but I wanted to give Ashley the shout out she deserved for being so helpful and sweet. Don’t let her go!

I recently moved here from Ohio. I had problems with my car and needed to have it towed and called IKARD. I have found most people here are friendly, helpful and Honest! Tom is definitely one that I have met! He not only towed my car he talked to my Son in San Diego to explain the situation and waited with me till my Daughter arrived. Thank You!!!

Tommy did a great job hauling an old family heirloom truck 110 miles for us. Got us picked up and moved the same day and price was very reasonable. And Ashley was very nice on the phone getting it all set up. These folks are aces in my book.

Mark helped me today and was definitely fair priced I will use this towing company again and they even were professional in the sense of waving certain clean up fees and credit card fees they also took Zelle !!! My wife blew a tire this morning. I called the team at Ikard and they quickly prioritized coming to tow my wife’s vehicle to a local tire shop even though they were extremely busy. I recommend Ikard if you need any towing needs.

Thankful for the gentlman (Tommy) that came to my rescue tonight. Not only did he jump start my vehicle, he followed me to the parts store, went in and arranged the purchase of my new battery!! He went above and beyond to insure my safety and make sure I was well taken care of! The world needs more kindness like Tommy. Ikard Towing, you are blessed to have such a fine team member.

Would give more than 5 stars if I could. After our wreck when our car needed towing the crew was quick to arrive and attentive to the situation . I called with limited reception after my truck died on a back road in Tullahoma. They arrived literally in 30 minutes after my call (i was 20 minutes away). Mark was the driver, very personable guy from Florida. He got my truck on the flatbed in moments, and took me and it home quickly. Mark and this place exceeded my expectations.I will use their services again if i get into a sticky situation. Going from stranded to diagnosing the issue in less than an hour is insane. Unbelievably quick, kind , and helpful.

I’m here today to tell you about silver linings folks! I recently found myself with my car stuck at the end of somebody’s driveway with two dead batteries and a dead battery charger at midnight out on Mingo Road. I had been there for about an hour and swapped batteries, tried charging them but neither would keep a charge. I realized had run out of options and my phone was draining fast. Time to find a hero! I was calling down the list of all the services that showed 24hr and wasn’t getting the ‘on my way’ I really need to hear so I’m sure when I made it to Ikard, I was not as calm as I may have been on the first call. Mark came to the rescue and was very considerate of my anxiety level, and he showed appreciation for the efforts I made to try to get home, which was nice hearing because I’d been dealing with breaking down, thinking I fixed it and breaking down again for probably three hours altogether trying to get off the Mingo. I was given strict instructions to get in the truck while he got my car loaded so I didn’t get run over playing in the street. I will definitely use Ikard again, but hopefully won’t have a need! That was a pretty great experience. But this review doesn’t stop there when the impact on my life didn’t. Mark’s job that day was to get me home safe and he did ? He also helped make sure I knew where I could go quickly and affordably to replace the alternator that caused a scary situation for me. Still not done…I know, right!? A few days later I tried to pull an alternator at CFC To save some money and I got a flat tire leaving to get tools because I didn’t bring everything I would need. Rough run on luck in my world and when I saw the humor in that I sent a picture of it to Mark letting him know I didn’t need help And I just wanted to let him know how my day was going and we could appreciate something else I was luckily able to do myself. From that message just to have a laugh he also helped Point me in the direction of my best options while i looked at one flat tire and three that should’ve been as well. When I asked what the max speed was that I could safely go on my donut he told me zero miles an hour, It looks like an egg. If anyones still with me, it’s time for the silver lining! Because I got stranded in scary hours on the Mingo, I had the pleasure of being told what to do(What not to do I guess!), I was able to get the issues I had happening with my car fixed quickly by places close to where I live and prices I was able to afford. I’d lost my job a few weeks ago and money wasn’t growing on these trees. The kindness in Mark came at a time where it is appreciated and also very much needed. He also said if I give a real review with some effort put into it and make sure I call him out by name that I would get an Ikard T-shirt or yeti cup. I believe my address is on file. Women’s M (uni-small) *Mark did not really say that, but I do think I’ve earned it right?!* Let’s not get our heroes in trouble now! Thank you ☺️

Absolutely fantastic my wife was in Tullahoma with a rental car and the battery was dead. Mark got there in record time got her unlocked battery charged in no time and was super pleasant I still can’t believe how you can still get great service and a great price all in one. Don’t hesitate to call these guys they should be 1st on your list

I called from Georgia to have a car towed. The gentleman who answered the phone was extremely helpful and honest about the situation. Once they picked up the car and took it to the house they let me know that it had been taken safely. I would highly recommend this company they did a great job for me.

I had the pleasure of working with Ikard Towing services. We were broke down off the Interstate and not familiar with the area. The driver was Mark and he was very polite and friendly. We had a couple hour drive back to where we needed to go and had great conversation!! Definitely would use again if needed and would recommend.

On my daughter’s way to work she slipped off the road and went into a ditch on Old Tullahoma Road. It happened on Memorial Day and our roadside service, that we pay for through insurance, was not open. So glad that I found Ikard! Mark arrived quickly and was wonderful! Scary blow out on my horse trailer sitting on expressway heading for TN. Progressive Ins. would not help because of safety reasons. Ikard Towing was called and my angle friend Mark showed up !! The trailer fender was bent down on my back tire and almost ripped off. Mark got right to work and fixed everything very quickly. He cautioned us we needed new tires, he then proceeded to call around to find the right size and price.We followed him to a near by tire shop.This man went way beyond his duties of service.Bless you Mark and Thank You !!

I called Ikard's for help getting my car towed, not one time, but 2 days in a row. Both times, they were extremely kind, professional, and were there in just minutes. They were very fair with their pricing, and overall, although it wasn't fun having my car break down, they made my experience with them a really pleasant one! My daughter goes to college in tullahoma and we could not get to her to replace her battery as we are 3 hours away. Ikard picked her up within the hour, communicated with us as well as advance auto.
