Love this store and after reading a few of the negative reviews it made me like it even more. I'll probably go out of my way to buy from here more now.
I left a 1 star bc the store was open and two people were physically at the counter. Other than that it was a horrible experience. At 40 years old I have never left a bad review bc it’s too much work and I have compassion for bad days but good lord this place will bring a bad review straight out of you. Rude staff. Absolutely zero care. The woman on staff spoke down to me and was irritably mean. The owner talked to my wife like she was a complete hindrance and when I walked out he yelled at her. I will work hard to never visit again. EVER. Was going to blame UHAUL for not helping them but it’s not uhauls fault that the owner(man) and staff can’t find a mustard seed of service, help or kindness. Me living/keeping my life or giving them my money/business. Drop me off in space and let me float away.
In my 46 years on earth, I have never had a more horrendous experience than when I went to pick up my RESERVED trailer. I was sent to 2 locations, ended up at this location where I encountered two of the rudest, most disrespectful humans I’ve ever met. The “man” at the counter spoke to me as though I was as uneducated as he appeared, raised his voice to me in the store while other customers waited, and the female behind the counter was clearly also a miserable human. After having to explain our ordeal for a 3rd time, I was again spoken to as though I was a toddler, had a pen and paper tossed my way to write down all of the information U Haul had already requested, and when I asked him to repeat what was required, he was terribly inconvenienced due to having to repeat what he mumbled. If this was the last place on God’s earth, I’d never do business here again. Horrible customer service, horrible U Haul representatives, and truly vile humans.
Objectively, this was the WORST customer service experience I’ve ever had. I went for a UHaul truck rental, and the husband and wife owners were rude immediately at walk-in. They were uneducated and did not understand the rental process. I wanted to add my husband as an authorized driver, and the owner refused to add him and would not reprint the contract. In the meantime, the woman was constantly giving “tssss” type comments and moaning under her breath at me. They were extremely unprofessional, and I resent that I gave them any money. Please do not go here for Uhaul rentals!
I’ve only been in the area a year. I’ve been in the shop a few times for bulbs, batteries, and to rent a truck. They’ve always been knowledgeable and friendly, prices seem reasonable, and it’s saved me trips into Bellevue.
How was my experience you ask? AWFUl. These people lack any customer service and rude. Do not rent a U-Haul from here. If you're scheduled to hear change it. When I called to confirm he told me he shut down his computer and I'll have to call back another date. I called back and the woman who answered said she doesn't know how to look it up. I get there and they don't have the equipment that I rented. The door to the truck was frozen shut and he told me to deal with it because it's cold outside. Also would not show me where the truck was parked and I had to figure it out by myself. I've written many trucks from U-Haul and never had this kind of experience.
First bad review I've ever had to post. They are rude, unhelpful and overpriced. I'd rather buy car parts out of the trunk of someone's car in a blizzard than deal with these people again.
This store is okay. It is a small store in a small town and convenient if you're in a hurry for a quick fix Instead of going to town. I am on the fence about this one. I like the people but not sure about their bedside manner. (Sort of speak). I haven't shopped here enough lately to give an unbiased review since the last one. I gave a review awhile back that was favorable, but am now undecided. I have heard good and bad but feel this one needs few more visits before I can give a more accurate portrayal. I try to take consideration that they could have had a bad day. Repetitive behavior which takes repetitive visits will make for a more precise answer.
This auto parts store is overpriced, reeks of stale cigarettes and the employees have ZERO customer service. They act like you are an inconvenience and would rather you have not come in at all.
Everything was okay except the woman at the front desk needs a refresher course in customer service. We walked in to pick up our uhaul and did she say, "hello there, how can I help you?" Nope. She seemed bothered by us. Quote, "what do you want." I will not be visiting them again. Oh...and don't try using credit cards. They charge $.50 on top of a fee for using a card, credit or debit apparently. And the front desk woman was just puffin away at her cigarette from behind the counter.
Do not shop here place is a complete rip off they come out of the store behind me screaming prophanity at me when I tried to warranty an item very poor business
They were polite but all of their tools are priced incorrectly and they said they just haven't gotten to fixing the problem ( 120 items at least ) , I paid for 2 items and it was to much money so i said something about price and i was told well none of the prices are correct you have to go by the stock number, so i went over there with them to look up prices together off the stock numbers and every item i was overcharged for on my reciept compared to his price sheet and SKU number on each item (he said you had to go by sku# not advertised price},,,,,,, I showed my reciept to him (he had just printed and gave me) that he overcharged me going by his sheet and the advertised priceand the advertised price AND HIS REPLY well they must have gone up lately OH WELL The scanned price is it,,,,,, i looked at him waiting for a polite response but none ! ,,,,,, I said this is not right ! ,,,,,,, no answer and no caring <<<<< before I would ever let a customer feel that way and let them leave feeling that way over $3 and change ,, I would have given the customer $5 for having been rude and trying to show him up and then still could not justify why i was taking more money from him than i deserved being one of the owners or managers ( i am not sure of his position),,YOU SHOULD ALWAYS DO THE RIGHT THING AND BE KIND TO PEOPLE AND RESPECT THEIR HARD MONEY THEY WERE GOING TRADE WITH YOUR BUSINESS,,, I DO NOT WANT ANYTHING FROM THIS POSTING JUST PLEASE DO NOT TREAT ANOTHER CUSTOMER THE SAME WAY YOU DID ME AND IF THIS FIXES THE PROBLEM TO WHERE NO OTHER CUSTOMER LOSES MONEY THEN THIS WAS WORTH MY TIME,,,, I POST VERY FEW THINGS ON GOOGLE REVIEWS BUT THIS WAS NOT A MISTAKE, I GAVE 3 CHANCES TO SEE IF THE RIGHT THING WOULD BE DONE AND IT WAS NOT SO I WALKED OUT
