A technician picked up and returned our vehicle. He was extremely courteous and professional. He was a pleasure to deal with. Also, his truck was in pristine condition. It gave me the impression that this company has high quality standards. Hopefully we don’t need a wrecker service again, but if we do this is who I’m calling.
Good, honest people.. everything went smooth! I spoke with Mike to get my truck towed to a shop over the weekend. He could’ve just got me then and there and just billed me but, he recommended that I should look for a open shop on Monday that could take me right away, because shops might be booked for a few days. (Which was the case) he didn’t have to but he did! Josh is the driver, he will handle business professionally and in timely fashion!!! 10/10 all around. Thank you guys! I hope you never have to call STR because who wants to need to be towed? However, if you do need to be towed, you better call STR. Mike and Josh were both so helpful, and Josh actually arrived 30 minutes earlier than he estimated. He handled everything with efficiency and professionalism. I highly recommend STR.
