Basically same issues as the other poor reviews. Very mysterious about price up front with a "take it or leave it" attitude. Found a much more professional shop to deal with.

My insurance company had me use these guys so I was initially a bit nervous but they definitely knocked it out of the park!!! Very friendly from beginning to end….beautiful work….and completed the job lightening fast!! I am beyond satisfied!!! They are family owned and also do pretty much anything you may need or want done with your vehicle!!! If I could give 10 stars, I would!!!???

I went to these folks a few months back to get an estimate for some damage from a hit and run. Initial visit went well, nice people, acted professionally. They gave me an appointment to drop off the vehicle, fine. I ask about the estimate, the person taking pics says he’ll write it up that day and get it back to me by the following day. (No one agrees to service without an estimate, right?) Time goes by, no estimate, so I assume they don’t need/want my business. Come the day before that appointment I get a call reminding me of my service appointment. In my confusion, I mention that I never heard back from them with an estimate, so I assumed they weren’t interested in doing the work. The nice individual who called connected me to a service manager who precedes to say the most absurd statement a body shop could ever utter: “Oh, we never give estimates because we can’t guarantee that that will be the price once we’re done” Seriously?!? That’s why it’s called an “estimate” and not “the total cost.” They should have taught you all that on your first day. This individual decided to get mad at me when I said that no reputable business works this way and then yell, “do you want the damn service or not?” Never would I leave my vehicle with anyone that refuses to give an estimate, it is textbook dishonest business practices. Do better, folks!

We were traveling back home from Pigeon Forge and had a water pump failure on our truck while towing our camper on I-40. We were fortunate to find this shop and they went out of their way to help us. I would highly recommend them and feel very fortunate to have found them.

Easily the friendliest and most professional repair shop in the area. The people are highly knowledgeable in their field and give you honest rates and always reiterate what they're fixing to you just so you know you're not getting some extra charge tacked on. Been here three times, twice for body work and once for mechanical fixes and all three times have been incredibly well done. Also the cleanest lobby I have ever seen for a body shop. If you need any body or mechanical errors fixed, make these guys your number one pick, you will not regret it. Thank you guys so much!

ACE is by far the best place to take your vehicle to be repaired. I have always used this place to get my vehicles back on the road. They have a very nice respectful staff that gets everything ready for you. Drop off your car and pick it up. They give frequent updates so you don't have to worry if everything is being taken care of while doing other things that's needed. They even found something else that needs attention soon and went over it with me and was truthful not pushy on when to get it done. They focus on safety and great work I highly recommend to everyone looking for honest, reliable,and professional work and communication.

We just got the 06 Mustang GT put of the ACE ship in Kingston. They handled the repair from the tree falling damage incurred imbposting before and after pictures ..being in the custim car business for 30 years, I will say they did an excellent job I am very happy with their work . Insurance wanted to total the car but only having 50 k miles on it we wanted to save as it is sentimental to the family and owned the car since new. The repair replacement of the the while roof and expert paint of the stripes and whole rear sections of the car, not to mention the water damage that was also repaired when it flooded in the rainstorm ....hats off and two thumbs up to these guys Highly recommended ?

The best recommendation a body shop can get is that the damage is gone. After ACE worked their magic, my truck looks as good as the day I drove it home from off the dealership. Friendly service and great work. Not only did ACE handled my rental for me , they clean and washed my truck upon return..

Great place to bring your car for collision repair. Excellent customer service!! They helped me almost 1 year later, and made a quick fix on a windshield problem that I had. Great people, I highly recommend this business!!

We have used this body shop more than once I hate to admit. But the staff is wonderful and informative. The body work has always been great as well as the cost of the work, I've NEVER felt price gouged! It can get pretty busy so you may have to wait a while to get the work done but to me it's a shop worth waiting in line for. They actually have my car right now after a rear ender on I40 about a month and a half ago. They keep you updated on the car by sending texts that let you know where your car is in the process, which is nice as well.

I had been rear-ended in July on my vacation and the only down thing was having to wait so long to get my bumper fixed (thankfully just a dent). I also completly understand why there was a wait for an appointment. The folks here were so kind and my car is sparkling! I wasn't expected a car wash and the inside cleaned along with my repair!! Such a nice surprise!! It looks brand new again and I recommend them for any body repairs you may need! Props go to Rebecca (spelling?) At the front desk, she is so sweet and kept me updated every step of the way!!

Preferred by all major insurance companies and by all customers like myself ! They are a one stop shop. From tires to window glass and any major work. My work was several thousand dollars and their on staff appraiser works with you and your insurance to make sure the work is correctly estimated and guaranteed as long as I own my vehicle ! My daughter had a wreck, and her car was not drivable. She was 3 hours from home, so needless to say this was a little bit of a stressful situation for us. Very professional, found the problem with my F-150 and fixed it in about 2hours. They had pictures to show problem and how it was fixed. We have used them before and have always been pleased with the results.

My vehicle was 2 weeks old and had a tree fall on it. ACE literally made my vehicle new again! They worked with my insurance and it was such an easy process. They are professional and kept me up to date on the repair processes. They are very detailed and the vehicle really did look brand new!

Great experience until the owner got involved. I was told 30 for a used tire. They didnt end up having the right one. They found one that wasn't the right size but got me moving. Thank you amazing mechanic. When the owner got involved he told me he was going to give me the tire for free as if he was doing me a favor, but he would charge the hour minimum shop fee.i said I was quoted 30, but the manager said sorry my boss got involved.. so I ended up paying 75 dollars for a tire that doesn't even fit my car. Final wrap up, I dont recommend coming here while the owner is in. Beyond that, seemed like a decent place.

I discovered Auto Collision Experts about 2 years ago when I randomly chose them after an accident. The body shop was professional and friendly. They gave me text updates and the process with my insurance was seamless. Since then, they have become our family's mechanic. Having 2 teen drivers now, we have trusted ACE with the safety of our teens' vehicles. They continue to be my go-to-business for oil changes, brakes, busted windshields, etc. I can always count on them to be honest, fair, and practical. Jade is the best! She knows her stuff! She always calls and explains everything in a way I can understand. She is always pleasant and professional. Justin is a great mechanic. If there is something the shop doesn't do, like muffler & exhaust systems, he will refer us to other businesses. I always drive away feeling like I have been dealt with fairly and honestly.

We had our car repaired here the first part of Feb. When picking up the car, we could not completely say we where satisfied with paint job or not. Replacing a rear door, then blinding the paint to match, is extremely difficult and hard to get done at a perfect status. However, when Bo immediately offered to my mom, to redo the job, and repaint it. At his experience. I was then a very satisfied customer. We decided to leave it as it was and except it as completed. The only Thing I can really say that's good about this place is they are friendly and the paint work is good. Other than that my experience was terrible here. My main issue was that they had to replace my factory OEM window on my 2015 mustang. After repairs my window makes a horrible grinding noise every time I use it ! Then I had asked them to fix it again, which I had to take off work to go do, there glass guy comes out side with a can of lithium lubricant and tells me it's my window rubber and not there install job which is bs! My other window has never done this and I have never had this issue on a vehicle. So he proceeds to tell me to buy a can of this and use it every so often! Horrible way to handle a customer, the guy was also very rude and clearly didn't know what he was doing. I used the lithium more than once and it still grinds and every time I have to spray it in my door it streaks up my window. I will never take my car to this place again or ever recommend them to anyone. Be careful!

Had a large & very deep dent on the driver's door that was unrepairable using PDR. Chose this shop based on USAA's recommendation and I am glad I did! The dent according to Beau ended up being much worse than originally appeared requiring the whole door to be pulled, filled and repainted. I was very concerned given how new the car was to have extensive painting done to it but whomever they have on staff did a fantastic job. No broken clips, no overspray, no damaged parts whatsoever and the paint is a very difficult 3-stage metallic which was blended perfectly on the driver's side. Beau and the other staff were very responsive and were kind enough to waive the additional labor hours to install door guards I had purchased. Top notch folks, I can see why they are USAA's shop of choice for the region.

Go here for any need. These guys are great and left right where Jon Lodens left off. The customer service here is something you don't find nowadays. They go far above and beyond to ensure you get what you want and need. We have taken 2 vehicles there: we took our new GMC Yukon there to get a lift kit, wheels, tires and some custom work and they helped us find exactly what would fit and look right as well as letting us come in the shop and see the wheels on the vehicle prior to officially ordering. They had us come in a couple times afterwards to check tightness and ride and ensure Quality workmanship. Then We took another vehicle in for tires, brakes, alignment, etc. Instead of just replacing the brakes they called us and let us know that the majority of the brake pad was still intact and did not recommend doing the brakes therefore giving us a discount. Jeremy and Justin were the two that we worked with the most and they are extremely friendly and helpful. It's a family type environment and we will be repeat customers.
