My truck was up for repo, this company picked up from my house. I came unannounced with no appointment to pick up my stuff, however, I did came with a positive attitude. They treated me with kindness and respect, allowing me to get my stuff without problems.
I don’t care what anyone says. Mike and Robin and “Other Mike” lol, helped me in the greatest way ever when the vehicle got repoed. They are definitely God sent. Would leave 10 stars if I could. Thank y’all so much again!
Had my car repossessed and this company was the company that picked up my car . They got me at a gas station in the day . The driver was super cool . . The owner and his office manager was also a breeze to deal with . For the mistake I made for not paying my bills . This company was very nice and polite to me . If i ever fall behind again i would hope this is the company i have to deal with . ….
If I could leave this place a zero I would. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!. Stay clear of this place don’t recommend I called them being very polite and respectful and a lady answers me talking with attitude and not letting me speaking and being very rude.
Got my car repoed due to being in default of title loan entirely my fault but I have since gotten the car back and this place took all my items out the car and are at this rate refusing to give them back which included a car seat jackets and electronics the lady when I called stated she wasn't up there Monday but it's Thursday and she keeps saying I called after 30 days which isn't true. When I told her I'd be reaching out to my loan place regarding this matter she told me I was throwing an attitude. While I do understand getting my car taken was my fault. I should still be entitled to getting my stuff back especially since it was before the 30 days

You should see their sneaky antics. If your car in repo look for apple air tags under your windshield wipers or edges underneath the car. They just use black duck tape to cover them.
Rude people disgust with them shows up at 8:30pm and demanding a car that belongs to my mom who passed away September the 28th of last year,,,,I'm not responsible for the car because my name is not in the paperwork
Took great care of my vehicle. Helped me replace my battery and checked all my fluids for me. Even helped me put my steering wheel cover on ? good, honest people.
The absolute friendliest of people! They went above and beyond for me and were so kind to me. Treat these folk with kindness and respect and they will give it right back to ya!
Drivers are complete disgraces. Will literally break the law and the people at the office do not care and will not even try to work with you. Hope to God someone can sue you all.
Although we were in a difficult situation the staff were super nice and supportive because we were from out of town they showed my son compassion and respect

As a transporter....i appreciate (especially a inop no key car) is put where i can easily back up to it with my 4 car rollback.....they are also very friendly.....
