Showed up in 30 mins after I waited over two and a half hours on another tow company. Professional and reasonably priced. Definitely using him the next time I need a tow.
Ronnie is incredible! Prompt, professional, honest, and courteous, he goes the extra mile to make sure you understand what is happening and takes care to make sure your vehicle is properly secured. Will definitely call him when needed in the future and will share his info with friends and family.
Ronnie is the man! I was in need of a tow as my vehicle had broken down on Pellissippi Parkway at night. I called two other tow companies who did not answer. Ronnie answered my call immediately. I explained my situation to him and he made his way to my location within the hour. Ronnie was prompt, professional, honest and friendly. If you need a tow, do yourself a favor and call Ronnie first, you'll be glad you did.
After calling around to find a tow truck and getting the run around from others, Ronnie was phenomenal. He answered the phone right away, and was able to make it to my location in a timely manner. Even though I’m not from the area and had minimal knowledge of where I was, Ronnie was able to find us! He was very friendly and super easy to talk to. If I’m ever in the area and broken down again, he will be my first call. 10/10 would recommend.

Got towed from the Tail of the Dragon today—didn’t wreck, just broke down. The Dragon claimed another one! Thankfully, Ronnie from H&B Towing came to the rescue. He was absolutely amazing to work with—very reasonable, careful, and genuinely wanted to tow the car without causing any damage. Super down-to-Earth guy, and I ended up learning a lot from him. He’s well-rounded, clearly a great dad, and just one of those people you’re glad to meet. We need more folks like Ronnie in the world. Highly recommend H&B Towing!
These guys are amazing! Our brakes went out and I had to put the car in a ditch! Not only did they work with us to get it out, they towed it home and brought us home too! Would definitely use again and recommend to anyone especially if you're in a bind. They actually want to help people not just make money. They were a saving grace tonight! Be safe always guys!! My gf was hit head on in her lexus gx and Ronnie helped educate us on how things normally go. Nether of us ever being in a situation like this he was great help and really put our minds at ease. He was very caring of her well being... this man really made a horrible situation easy to handle.

I had a car get stuck on the side of the road. They got to my location quickly and freed my car without any damages. Very kind gentlemen. The price was a little high but I cant complain too much considering no one else was available and how quickly they worked. I would certainly call them again.
Christmas morning, of all days, Ronnie unselfishly went to help my daughter who was broke down on the side of Alcoa Hwy. As a mother I cannot tell you how thankful I am for his prompt attention to making sure my daughter was safe and taken care of so quickly. This gentleman, no doubt, deserves 10 stars! I hit a deer Sunday night, and I needed to get my truck towed. I ended up calling H&B, since they weren't too far away, & they got there in about half an hour or less. Since I had full coverage, he was very informative about what my insurance would cover. I let them know I really had to pee, so they got me loaded pretty quick and down to the nearest gas station. They also made sure I didn't need any groceries or anything else, before they took me home. Then they unloaded my truck in front of my apartment, and helped me get everything out of it, before taking it to their yard. Ronnie was so polite and understanding. It's very rare these days to find a service like this, that goes out of their way to treat you like family. I definitely recommend them, & I would use them again in a heartbeat.
What a life saver! Car broke down on the road with now where to pull off; traffic definitely was not happy. No one stopped to offer my wife any help. Then, H&B Towing made a u-turn to make sure she was ok. Ronnie offered to try and fix the issue. After no luck, he offered to tow her home. (just a few miles). So nice, and help full when she was in a difficult situation. Very professional! So nice to see there are still people out there who are willing to help someone in need out!!
My van broke down and we called Ronnie he came and scooped her right up at 9pm and took it to the shop. I do recommend this gentleman and will use again if i need a tow also very affordable !!! also very respectable and nice clean equipment.
